The unique Atollikos House luxurious holiday villa in Corfu is situated on a privately owned five acre headland, with spectacular sea views and beautiful landscaped grounds. The estate in Corfu consists of two stunning holiday villas, the elegant and super luxurious Cassiopeia House, (sleeping 14) with its sensational pool and entertaining area, and the enchanting, incredibly comfortable and more intimate Atolikos House (sleeping 6). The rental properties can be taken together for larger parties, or rented separately. If rented separately, each villa is private, with its own swimming pool, and each has its own pathway down to the small pebble beach and the sea, and a shared jetty. The estate is perfect both for a relaxing holiday, or to host a wedding or other celebration. A haven of peace and tranquillity, it is just a short walk from the village and harbour of Kassiopi, with its shops, bars and restaurants. Boat hire is a must, as it is an easy trip to one of the many pretty waterside tavernas on the north-east coastline, stopping for a swim in another deserted cove along the way.

The luxury rental Atolikos House is light and space, with seven French windows, and a classic open- plan design dominated by a traditional Corfiot fireplace. This stunning luxury villa’s sitting area is beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, and there is also a dining area. The well designed kitchen is separated from the sitting room/dining area by a stunning black granite-topped island. A guest cloakroom and a charmingly decorated bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom and shower, pretty beamed ceilings and access to its own private terrace completes the ground floor accommodation. The other two bedrooms bedrooms are in a striking ‘Venetian Tower’, with beamed ceilings, and accessed by stairs from the sitting room. Amenities within the luxury villa in Corfu include plasma television and state of the art Sonos music system.in the living room, air conditioning / ceiling fans in all bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and sitting room, and under floor heating, There is also an Osmosis drinking water machine, mosquito netting on all windows, hair dryer in each bedroom and wi-fi throughout, including the pool area. The satellite TV has 200+ channels, including movies, in all bedrooms and sitting room. There is also an I-pod dock in all bedrooms and a DVD player in the cinema room. The bathrooms have white waffle dressing gowns and Ortigia bath products.

The wrap-around terrace is furnished with day beds, sun loungers and chairs with spectacular views of the sea, Kaparelli Island and of the Albanian mountains across the channel. The covered loggia, barbecue and a large oval dining table seating eight, adds to the feel of inside/outside living. The landscaped garden area surrounding this luxury villa for holiday rental in Corfu is cleverly designed and surrounded by beautiful natural rock features, shrubs, flora and indigenous maquis. The infinity swimming pool is 10 x 5m, surrounded by a terrace furnished with sun beds and umbrellas. From the pool terrace, some beautiful stone steps and a pathway leads down the shared jetty.

Concierge, who will come to the villa when required and is contactable six days per week. For a full list of concierge services, please check with us. Housekeeper – responsible for the day to day cleaning and running of the domestic side of the house and supervising the second maid as required – up to 16 hours per week over six days per week. Linen change twice a week. Grounds person and general handyman. Children’s cots, high chairs etc.are available at no extra charge. Additional staff are included in the rental if both villas are rented together (from beginning July to end August), including a chef and chef’s assistant, as well as additional maid service 6 days a week.
