This luxury holiday estate in Provence sits in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, facing south. With a combination of authentic Provençal charm and modern amenities, the luxury villa to rent is very comfortable and beautifully furnished and equipped throughout. The romantic living room features an original open fireplace, neutral colours and soft materials. There are large glass arched windows that allow plenty of light in and a stunning bespoke library wall unit that add character to the room. The four double ensuite bedrooms of Villa Occitane are beautifully decorated and accommodate a total of 8 people.
One of the stunning features of this luxury villa rental in Saint Remy is the charming glass atrium that opens onto the terrace and seamlessly connects the interiors to the exteriors. The atrium is always bright and elegantly furnished and is the ideal place for cosy breakfasts when the temperature is location for br the living area, a furnished glass atrium opens to the terrace, and the garden with heated swimming pool (12 x 6m). The atrium is also ideal for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine. A fully equipped summer kitchen and barbecue are also available for guests.
Avignon with its famous July Art Festival, is a 30 minute drive and only a short drive from St Rémy de Provence and the ancient site of Glanum.

This beautiful Provencal villa is spread on one level and is accessed via the driveway that leads to the house.
Living Room: situated on the left side of the entrance lobby, this romantic living room is furnished with two sumptuous sofas facing each other and two comfortable armchairs elegantly arranged around the imposing fireplace. Each sofa seats up to 3 people each. There is direct access to the external courtyard via a large glass arched door.
Kitchen and dining: a large arched opening in the wall seamlessly connects to the semi-open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a lovely rustic feeling and is fitted with the most modern amenities as well as with a working counter that overlooks the dining area and offers 3 high stools. The dining table sits up to 8 people. This large space has direct access to the courtyard.
Bedrooms:
There are 4 double bedrooms. Two of them have ensuite bathrooms, Bedroom 3 shares the bathroom with Bedroom 4 – one of them has both a shower and a bath tub and the other 2 have a shower.
Outdoor highlights
Internal courtyard: the villa spreads around the courtyard that offers lush plants, a bistro style table with 4 designer chairs and two sun loungers. It can be accessed by multiple areas of the villa.
Atrium (40m2): this large atrium is furnished with a French style breakfast table that can sit up to 8 people and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and pouf. The entire perimeter is lined with large windows making the room very bright.
Swimming pool (12×6): this large heated swimming pool can also be covered and is lined with sun loungers. There are three distinct sitting corners as well: a shaded bistro style table with 4 tall stools and three armchairs shaded by the tall trees on the side of the pool and another bistro table with four stylish chairs.
Outdoor kitchen area: this covered veranda offers a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a bar counter with 2 tall stools overlooking the dining table that sits 8 people.
