Villa Victoire is the luxury villa in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez that consists of 3 buildings: the Main Residence and the Guest House.

Main Residence

The main residence spreads all on three  floors connected by lift and has direct access to the swimming pool deck on the garden level. The entrance of the the Main Residence is tucked away and can be reached via a flight of stairs.

Mid Floor

Living area (120m²): this bright and airy open-space offers breathtaking views of the sea through large windows. This area consists of a sitting area with an L-shaped sofa that seats up to 8 people facing a Smart Tv and two poufs. The sitting area has direct access to the balcony that leads to the the swimming pool deck via a staircase.

We also find the dinner area with a a dining table that seats up to 10 guests and a well-equipped wet bar with a wine cooler and a long counter with 5 tall stools.

The kitchen with high spec Gaggenau equipment and a teppanyaki hob with a floating working countertop is just a few steps away.

First Floor

Master Bedroom (56 m²):  It features a king size bed, an independent bathroom with a double sink , bathtub and shower, a dressing room and a separate toilette. It has direct access to the terrace through large glass doors and that features sun loungers and the hot tub.

Garden Floor

Bedroom 2 (45 m²): It features a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a sitting area facing a smart tv and a roman sofa that sits one person. It also has an independent bathroom with a double sink and  an Italian shower, a dressing room and a separate toilet. The room and the main bathroom area of this room has direct access to the sun deck through two distinct large glass door,

Guest House I

This is ideal for a small family or a group of teenagers. It has its own independent living room and kitchen with a counter that sits up to three people and a overlooks the sea.

Bedroom 3 (16 m²): fitted with a king size bed, this room also has an independent bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

Guest house II

Bedroom 5: (30m²): this incredible independent suite has a very particular layout, it is fitted with a king size bed and a sitting area with two armchairs and boast sea and park views. Its large ensuite bathroom boats a double sink, a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. This room has also access to a 80 m² terrace with sun loungers.

Outdoor highlights

Terrace: the terrace is directly accessible from multiple openings in the living area of the Main Residence. It features a long dining table on the main kitchen side that sits up to 12 guests.

Pool house (45m2): it offers an outdoor kitchen area and long dining table that sits up to 12 people, a separate lounge area with an outdoor L-shaped sofa and a coffee table overlooking the pool.

Swimming Pool (10m x 5m): the infinity swimming pool is opposite the pool house can be heated upon request and is lined with sun loungers and umbrellas for extra shade.

Garage: there is private parking and covered parking for up to one car.
