This lovely luxury villa to rent in St. Tropez spreads over three floors connected via stairs. There are 7 bedrooms and each features king bed, a dressing room and independent bathrooms.

First Floor

The main entrance to the villa is accessible via a flight of stairs.

Living Area (100 m²):  This bright and airy area consists of a sitting area consists of the sitting area with a large L-shaped sofa that sits up to 12 people and overlooks the swimming pool and park of the villa. The right end of the room is dedicated to dining: the large dining table accommodates up to 12 guests. This area also has a separate TV room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a guest toilette.

Kitchen: this large open space also includes a semi-separated family-style kitchen with a bar style counter, high stools and a wine cellar at full disposal of guests and has direct access to a long terrace that overlooks the back of the villa and features a dining table that sits up to 12 guests.

Master Suite (45m2): It offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower and bathtub with a separate toilette. This room also features a dressing room and overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 2: It offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower with a separate toilette. This room also features a dressing room and overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 3: It offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower with a separate toilette. This room also features a dressing room and overlooks the garden.

The Fitness Suite and Massage Room are also located on the first floor and are accessible via outdoor covered corridor.

Fitness suite: the gym features Technogym equipment and a Smart TV.

Massage room:  There is a massage bed and treatments can be booked with an extra.

Second Floor

Bedroom 4: : It offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower with a separate toilette. This room also features a dressing room and has direct access to its own semi covered private terrace with outdoor seating.

Garden floor

On the right wing of the Garden floor we find the professional kitchen, another spacious Pool House living area and one bedroom in the left side of the corridor. On the same floor there also is an independent apartment with separate access that features two double bedrooms.

Professional kitchen: really spacious and well-equipped for the preparation of dinner parties.

Pool House/Living area: this huge open-space area consists into an L-shaped beach style sofa that sits up to 12 people, a foosball table and another large dining table that sits up to 12 people and another guest room with two cubicles and a kitchen corner. There are four large glass window doors that can be fully open and give direct access to the covered patio with outdoor seating, then the garden and to the paths that lead to the swimming pool.

Bedroom 5: (45m2): It offers a king size bed and an ensuite with a shower and a bathtub with a separate toilette. This room also features a dressing room and overlooks the garden.

Independent apartment

This apartment has separate access, a living room and two bedrooms.
