Arriving by private water taxi at the property’s exclusive jetty, guests will be welcomed by a property representative who will take them by elevator to the apartment. The entrance hall of the Venice apartment rental leads to a huge living room, furnished with magnificent antiques, Venetian tapestries and Fortuny fabrics, and with large double-height windows opening to a balcony with wonderful views. To the side of the living room is a formal dining room, and a separate, well equipped kitchen.

A curving wide stone staircase leads to the second floor where there are four very comfortable bedrooms (three double and one double/twin), each with a walk-in wardrobe and marble bathroom.  Also, on the second floor, above the main reception, is a gallery sitting area with television, and exceptional Grand Canal views.
