Situated on a hilltop, just a 5 minute walk from the pedestrian area of the beautiful historic town of Ravello, this luxury villa to rent benefits from spectacular views over the countryside to the Amalfi coast and the sea. Accessed by electronic gate up its own private road, the villa is set within lovely terraced gardens with lemon and orange trees, bougainvillea and other Mediterranean plants. There is also parking space for up to 4 – 5 cars.

On the lowest level of the luxury holiday villa rental in Ravello, is a wide terrace with a swimming pool (21m long), in a wonderful position to take full advantage of the amazing views The terrace is equipped with sun umbrellas and loungers, and an outdoor shower. On the same level there is also a playground area for children. Closer to the main house there is a spacious outdoor dining area with barbecue and pizza oven, where it is also possible arrange small to medium events.

The accommodation of the luxury villa rental on the Amalfi coast is made up of a main building, and a separate guest house in the garden. The main building has two floors with the lower level having a large living room with fireplace, and a kitchen. The four bedrooms are on the higher floor, as well as a terrace, with access to three of the four bedrooms via large French windows. The large annex/guest house in the garden has a double bedroom and bathroom, and a patio and a terrace above. The villa is furnished with traditional furniture and paintings, and the flooring is hand-painted ceramic tiles. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedrooms and living areas. There is also central heating for out of season bookings, as well as satellite TV and DVD.

Lower Floor: Large living room. Kitchen, a store room and a small bathroom with shower. This floor opens to a courtyard.

Upper Floor: 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large terrace with access to three of the four bedrooms via large French-windows.

Annex/Guest House: Double bedroom and bathroom, and a patio. There is also a terrace above. It has an independent access, but it is also accessible via the main building.
