Ca’Nova 4 luxury apartment to rent in Venice is one of four beautiful apartments in a 12th Century Palazzo, situated right at the mouth of the Grand Canal. It is a wonderful location, opposite the Santa Maria della Salute and the Punta della Dogana museum (which houses the Pinault contemporary art collection), and just a 5 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Completely restored and redecorated in Spring 2019 the luxury apartment rental is on the first floor (piano nobile) of the Palazzo, facing a quiet sunny square.
All four luxury apartments to rent here can use the lovely shared terrace on the 5th floor and overlooking the rooftops of Venice.. Amenities include air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo, a dishwasher and washing machine. Ca’Nova 4 can also be linked by an internal staircase with the 2 bedroom Ca’Nova 2 on the floor above, for a larger group of up to 6 people. The windows are double-glazed and the apartments can be accessed by stairs or lift.
The apartment has a wonderful feeling of space with high ceilings, tall windows and traditional parquet flooring. The living/dining room has a comfortable sitting area, dining table for 6 and an antique divan that can be turned into a third bed for a child. The bedroom has a super-king size bed, with a beautiful Venetian-style canopy, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. There is also a guest WC. The spacious well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast table where guests can prepare meals, and enjoy the fresh breakfast croissants which are delivered each morning.
