The Villa Dardanos 1 luxury villa to rent on Zakynthos has a wonderful location in the quiet and tranquil north of the island, with breathtaking views over the sea to Vasilikos and Alykes bay, and as far as the Peloponnese and the island of Cephalonia. It is one of six villas on a large estate of 40,000m2, all very private, with their own gardens and pool areas. From this impressive Greek villa’s position, just above the famous Blue Caves, there is direct access down to the sea, and the impressive Priest’s Cave, via a stone pathway.

The luxury villa to rent on Zakynthos was built according to the architectural Zakynthian tradition with natural stone and is beautifully decorated throughout. A spacious veranda outside the main house is furnished with large dining table, and benefits from the sea views. There is also a barbecue and traditional wood-fired oven. The property also has a private infinity pool with hydro-massage area.

Accommodation is in a main house with three bedrooms, and a guest house with one bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The main house (250m2) features a comfortable sitting/dining room with traditional stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (gas oven, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine). The guest house (60m2) overlooks the sea, and pool area. It also has an open-plan kitchen and large bathroom, and is equipped with TV and Hi-Fi.  As well as air conditioning in the bedrooms (fans also available on request), amenities at all six villas include Wi-Fi, full insect screens on the windows, satellite TV (LCD/LED), CD-DVD player, Hi-Fi, hairdryers, ironing facilities and safe box. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. There is parking on the estate and a helipad.

Free for use by guests at all six villas:

Canoes/kayaks for sea trips to the Blue Caves, snorkelling equipment, fishing tackle equipment, mountain bikes, binoculars for bird watching, telescope for astro observation, outdoor gym. Directly from the estate’s gardens, guests also have access to locally produced wine from the estate, traditional Greek herbs (oregano, rosemary and lavender), fresh organic vegetables and seasonal fruit, olive oil and olives.

All bedrooms have sea views. The bedrooms on the ground floor in the main house have small kitchenettes, their own entrances and terraces.
