From its terraces and gardens there are breath-taking panoramic views of the Tramuntana mountain range and Cap Formentor, la Bahía de Alcudia sea and the mountain range of Levante de Mallorca. Historically the hills and forests around the property were reserved by the nobility for hunting, and the area retains its distinctive character to this day. It is now protected by environmental legislation as an area of great ecological value. The beautiful villages of Arta, Petra, Capdepera and Son Servera are the closest to the villa. In Son Servera, a renowned art gallery, Sa Pleta Freda, can be seen, where major Spanish contemporary painters and sculptors exhibited their works. The yacht clubs of the Colonia de San Pere, Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia are also within a short distance.

The villa has its origins back in the sixteenth century, and was for centuries the residence of the owners of the extensive farmlands and pastures which were integral part of the property. It has been recently refurbished, retaining its traditional charm, yet offering all modern amenities. Comprising 2,000m2, the accommodation is on two levels, plus a tower with unobstructed views over the island. On the ground floor an entrance with two arches gives access to salons connecting both the winter dining room and summer dining room, the kitchen, courtyard with fountain, glazed porch, which serves also as the access to the family chapel, and a suite with bedroom. On the upper floor are the other bedrooms and the library. The library has been decorated in an art-nouveau style, and also enjoys extensive views over the bay and Cap Formentor. A spacious living room with grand piano, gives access to the bedrooms, which have their own living room with fireplace and exit to the exterior via different terraces.

Each of the seven garden spaces, a total of 15,000m2, that surround the villa, have as their focus an Arabic style fountain with cascading water. Paved pathways and arbours of jasmine and bougainvillea connect different spaces between olive trees, pomegranates, oaks and cypress trees. The large swimming pool reflects the colours of bougainvillea and jasmine flowers and dry stone walls. On the warmest summer days a porch with couches is perfect for relaxing in the shade, while a spacious sundeck with hammocks will entice sun lovers. The property also has a tennis court and soccer field, as well as a running track around the villa and to the beach. An original barn in the garden, and wide paved esplanade, covered with olive trees, creates the ideal setting for celebrations of the highest level.

The maximum capacity is 16 people, i.e. 8 bedrooms, though additional beds can be provided to reach the capacity of 18 people.
