This lovely rental villa in Ibiza, originally an old finca, is situated in the pretty village of San Agustin, just 5 minutes drive from San Jose, and close to the beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta. This chracterful holiday home has been modernized throughout to the highest of standards without losing the original features and character of the finca. The luxury villa is surrounded by a Mediterannean garden (citrus, almond and fig trees and palm trees), and has 180º views of the sea and Ibiza countryside. Access to the rental is via an unsealed road, so inadvisable to bring a low-slung car. There is parking at the property for 4 cars.
The lush gardens of this luxury villa rental in Ibiza, have several terraces amongst the plants for chilling out or enjoying outdoor meals. The large pool (14 x 7m) is surrounded by a decked terrace and also has a chill out area to relax while enjoying wonderful Ibiza views. An outdoor dining area, has a teak table, seating up to 16 people, and a barbecue, as well as a separate outdoor dining area for children. There are two chill out areas, one with built in sofas.
The luxury accommodation is in the main villa and a new annex. In the main villa there is both a small living area at the entrance, then a larger living area on the top floor with fireplace, and partial sea view. There are bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. In the Annex is a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a further two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Amenities include central heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, 2 safes, an alarm, satellite TV and Bose music system with I-pod connection.
