The secluded settings of Singita Pamushana Lodge and Malilangwe House offer exclusive access to the 115,000-acre Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve. This untouched wilderness is a haven for abundant wildlife, diverse plant and bird species, ancient rock art, and authentic cultural interactions. Located in southeastern Zimbabwe, adjacent to Gonarezhou National Park, Malilangwe is a vital part of what could become one of Africa’s largest bio-refuges. The reserve’s landscape is defined by rugged ridges, rocky outcrops, Mountain Acacia woodlands, and ironwood thickets, with hundreds of baobabs and over 500 bird species, including numerous raptors.

Distances

By Air:

• We can arrange scheduled flights or private charters 
• Chartered flights can land at Lonestar airstrip, 12 minutes from the luxury villa rental. 
• Guests are collected by staff and transported to the lodge in a game vehicle 
• Private aircraft pilots land at their own risk at Lonestar airstrip 
• The Federal Air scheduled flight between Buffalo Range International Airport and OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg is currently available on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Flight duration is approximately 1 hour 45 minutes and Buffalo Range is located 45 minutes from the villa 
• On scheduled flights, luggage is restricted to soft-sided bags with a maximum weight of 20kg (40lb) for checked luggage and 5kg (11lb) for hand luggage 
• From South Africa, guests need to clear customs at Buffalo Range 

By road:

• From Harare, the villa is approximately a 6-hour drive
• From Johannesburg the villa is approximately 12-hour drive
