  Each suite features a bedroom (32 m²), en-suite bathroom (29 m²), a 41 m² veranda, and a 26 m² outdoor shower.

Shared spaces in the main house include a spacious lounge (54 m²), a 47 m² dining room, and an expansive 81 m² veranda. Wellness and leisure highlights include a 25-meter infinity lap pool, glass-walled fitness centre, a media room, eat-in kitchen, and a newly renovated tennis pavilion with a tented spa suite. Outdoor dining decks and fire pits offer prime views over the Grumeti Game Reserve and nearby waterhole.

Distances

By Air: 

• We can arrange scheduled flights or private charters.
• All flights land at the Sasakwa airstrip in the Grumeti Reserve.
• On scheduled flights, the weight of luggage is restricted to 15 kg (33 lb) for checked baggage. On arrival, guests are met by a Singita staff member and driven to Serengeti House. 
• Private aircraft pilots land at their own risk and must adhere to strict aviation protocols. 

Flight Duration:

• Kilimanjaro International Airport: approximately 1 hour 15 minutes (if direct) 
• Arusha Airport: approximately 1 hour (if direct)
