Ground floor

The bedrooms of this luxury villa rental in Menorca have panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. They do not have air conditioning but ceiling fans. Es Bec d’Anguila spans on three levels and is internally connected with a double staircase.

The main entrance opens up onto a large reception area that leads to the dining room (40m2) that features a large dining table that seats up to 14 guests. The dining room seamlessly connects to the scandi living room via an arched opening.

The kitchen is separated and directly accessible at the back of the dining room. There also is a guest toilet on the right side of the reception room, while on the left side of the reception we find the largest sitting room of this floor (29m2) that features a sitting area with a sofa and two armchairs.

Kitchen: the kitchen is well-equipped and has a large, marbled island that seats up to 4 people. In the kitchen area we also find a buffet table and a marbled rectangular table that seats up to 8 guests.

The kitchen can access the wide back terrace via a window door.

Bedroom 1 (20m2): it features a king-size bed, a desk, a sitting corner for 1 guest and en-suite bathroom (10m2) with a double sink, a shower and a separate WC. Please note that within the room, both ensuite and sleeping area are accessible via a short flight of stairs (5 ascending steps). This bedroom has also direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2 (18m2): this bedroom is ideal for those who have mobility issues, including wheelchairs users. It is accessible via a cosy living room and has an ensuite (9,7m2), as well accessible to those with mobility issues and that features a sink with double faucet and a spacious step-free shower. It offers a king-size bed.

Working area: this area is directly accessible from the kitchen and is separated. It features an office space (15m2) and a laundry room (13m2).

Terrace 1: this can also be considered a secondary access. It is either accessed externally via a flight of stairs, or internally accessible via the kitchen.

First floor

The Grand Salon and leads to 5 double ensuite bedrooms.

Grand Salon: It features a sitting area that offers a sumptuous sofa that seats 4 people and two armchairs facing the garden. Within this spacious airy communal room, we also find the well-equipped bar complete of a counter that seats up to 3 people, an intimate sitting area with a couple of designer armchairs backed by an elegant fireplace. A game table that seats up to 6 people is also available to guests. The bar area is semi-separated from the main sitting area.

On the right of the main sitting area, we find the library room with two designer chairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom 3 (18m2): it features a king-size bed and an open en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a separate wc and a shower. This bedroom has direct access to Terrace 6, which features outdoor seating and leads to the gardens via a flight of stairs. Please note that this terrace is also accessible from the internal corridor of the first floor.
Bedroom 4 (25m2): It features a king-size bed, an armchair and a desk. There also is a separate nursery/dressing room and an ensuite (9,5m2) that features a sink with two faucets and a bathtub with shower fixture.

Bedroom 5 (15m2): it features a king-size bed and an armchair. Its en-suite bathroom with a sink with double faucet, a WC and a bath.

Bedroom 6 (12m2): it features a king-size bed and an open en-suite bathroom with a sink with double faucet, separate wc and a shower. This bedroom can be accessed via two sides,

Bedroom 7 (15m2): it features a king-size bed and a semi-separate sitting area with two armchairs with direct access to a spacious terrace with outdoor seating. It’s en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a separated WC and a bath.

Second floor

The stairs lead into the 40m2 sitting room that leads to Bedroom 9 on the right and leads to Bedroom 12 in the front and to the cinema room.

Cinema room (38m2): this spacious relaxing area features plenty of bean bags facing a large Smart TV.

Bedroom 8 (15m2): it features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a separate wc, two sinks and a bathtub.

Bedroom 9 (31m2): this spacious bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. This bedroom is internally accessible from another sitting room (40m2) on the second floor with two armchairs.
Bedroom 10/Dorm (36m2) this dorm is ideal to sleep 6 children in three separate sleeping areas that offer two single beds each. Its ensuite has a shower and has very low ceilings therefore this dorm is only suitable for children.

Bedroom 11 (12m2): it features a king-size bed and an armchair. Its en-suite bathroom features a sink with double faucet, a WC and a shower.

Bedroom 12 (18m2): it features a king size bed with an ensuite (3.9m2) with a shower.

Fitness studio (31m2)

The yoga/fitness pavillon is just a few steps away from the main building and holds up 20 people and there are up to 20 yoga mats available and it overlooks the gardens. There also is direct access to Terrace 4 (41m2) which features 4 sun loungers. There also is a guest toilet available to guests.

Outdoor highlights

Outdoor kitchen/dining area: this covered well-equipped kitchen overlooks the pool and has a dining table that seats up to 14 guests.

Swimming pool(25×5): it is immersed in the gardens and lined with sun loungers.

There also is a guest toilet which is also accessible to people with mobility issues.
