The entrance opens up onto a reception room, that also gives access to the first floor via stairs and overlooks the swimming pool and the sea.
Living room: it is airy, bright and offers dramatic views of the sea. It features a cosy sofa that seats up to 6 people that faces a smart tv and a corner fireplace that can be used on colder nights.

Bedroom 4: it features a double bed (180x200cm) convertible into two twin beds, a desk and a smart TV. Its en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with shower fixture. It also has access to the terrace and boasts sea views.
Kitchen:the kitchen is in its own semi-separate area and well-equipped with the most modern amenities, including a Thermomix. It is accessible via the dining room and has direct access to a pantry area.
First floor
Bedroom 1/Master Bedroom: it features a double bed (180x200cm), a desk and a smart TV. Its ensuite features a walk-in shower and the room also has direct access to its private terrace with an outdoor heated jacuzzi that overlooks the sea.
Bedroom 2: it features a double bed (180x200cm) convertible into two twin beds, a smart TV and has access to a private balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 3: it features a double bed (180x200cm) a smart TV and overlooks the garden. Its ensuite features a shower.
Guest house
The fifth bedroom is situated in an independent guest house, which also has its own well-equipped kitchenette.
