Villa Portals Nous is a luxury villa in Mallorca, Spain. The contemporary sleek modern decor throughout Villa Portals Hills in exemplary of Spanish modern style. Five airy bedrooms with views of the surrounding pines and sea sleep 10 comfortably. The villa’s open plan kitchen and lounge have glass partitions that open wide to the terrace, merging interior and exterior living spaces. The terrace has a large glistening pool. The villa offers all the comforts needed to accommodate a large group or family, and the location is perfect for those looking for convenience and exploration. There is wi-fi and air conditioning throughout the villa, and underfloor heating for the cooler months.

The southwest of Mallorca has long attracted European sailors and sportsman alike; pristine white beaches with gentle seas make it an aquatic’s paradise.  Whether you fancy to try your hand at parasailing, diving, jet skiing, fly-boarding or paddle boarding or just float on a boat in the Mediterranean. If you don’t have sea legs, Villa Portals Nous of the sea are enough to keep you occupied for a lifetime-just ask any of the expats in the area who relocated to do just this-then lie back on a chaise by the pool and watch the turquoise water shimmer into the horizon.

The villa entrance is through the Ground Floor. There are five bedrooms on this level, each with a bright accent palette in a sleek white interior. Beds are made up with crisp linens and of the bedrooms are private, and easily accessible from the lounge. Three Bedrooms are double beds (160cm x 200cm) with en-suites and Two Bedrooms are twin beds (90cm x 200cm) with ensuites. There are two baths situated in the bathrooms.

on the Upper Floor, the open plan glass and white modern Living Area gives way to the terrace. The modern architectural glass walls create a continuum of sea vistas throughout the property. On the terrace is a covered Dining Area that seats 10, and a large pool. Sweeping sea vistas are the primary decor, here. Nothing else is needed. The living area has a large flatscreen smart TV and sound system.

The terrace looks out over the houses of Portals Nous Hills and the sea. A large pool is conveniently located close to the villa, and there is a covered Dining Area on the terrace for having lunch Spanish-style, and then taking a siesta on a chaise longue. In the evenings, watch the sun set and the moon rise as sailboats float along the horizon.

Villa Portals Nous is tucked into a hillside in a exclusive gated community in Portals Hills and just a few minutes from Puerto Portals, one of Mallorca’s most glamorous and international towns. Close by, Palma is a world-class city and worth a day or two for exploring. The lovely picturesque beaches and the Puerto Portals Marina are where the jet-set gravitate in summer. Entering in through the glass gates in not unlike boarding a private yacht, everything you need is on board.
