Casa Matas is a beautifully restored 19th-century luxury villa rental in Mallorca, offering eight elegant double rooms, each uniquely designed to preserve the charm of the original manor house. On the Ground Floor, guests will find Perdiu, a fully adapted double room designed for guests with reduced mobility. This room features a spacious en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double built-in wardrobe, a desk, and a window that frames the majestic Tramuntana mountains. The ground floor also houses the villa’s shared Living Spaces, including several cosy lounges and a large, fully equipped Kitchen.

The First Floor is home to Òliba, the villa’s exquisite Master Bedroom, located at the east end. This refined suite boasts a romantic canopy bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a shower, a grand 19th-century wooden wardrobe, and a desk. Guests can enjoy direct access to the south-facing terrace, as well as picturesque mountain views. Also on this floor are Oroneta, Tord, and Xoriguer, each featuring a plush double bed (which can be separated into two singles), an en-suite bathroom, a built-in double wardrobe, and a desk. These rooms offer either mountain views or vistas stretching towards the village of Santa Maria.

On the Second Floor, four additional double rooms provide a serene retreat with elevated views. Colom, Mussol, and Puput each offer the flexibility of a king-size bed or twin singles, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a 42” Smart TV, and a desk. While Colom and Mussol overlook the Tramuntana mountains, Puput enjoys views towards the east and the charming rooftops of Santa Maria to the south.

The Pool is situated in the northern part of the garden, elevated to create an infinity pool effect, enhancing the spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana. It spans an impressive 20 x 8 metres and features a shallow section along with a broader area reaching a depth of 2 metres. Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area equipped with two Balinese beds, ten sun loungers, tables, and umbrellas. Additionally, there are two bathrooms with showers in the vicinity, ensuring convenience for all guests.
