The garden is a verdant oasis filled with typical local vegetation, including cacti, yuccas, bougainvillea, laurel, vine, fig, and lavender, interspersed with hammocks, sofas, and chill-out corners beneath palm and pine trees. A dedicated chill-out and barbecue area, as well as a large rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and Cap Nono, complete the outdoor experience.

Inside, the villa combines comfort and luxury: a spacious master suite with king-sized bed, fireplace, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom; a grand living area with soaring beamed ceilings, three sofas, a chaiselongue, and a grand half-tail piano; a rustic kitchen opening onto the patio; and a large terrace with seating for 12. The guest wing includes 4 en-suite bedrooms, a cosy basement media room with double bed, and private terraces in select rooms with sea or garden views.

Villa Sant Josep is equipped for modern life with fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden, Movistar Fusion TV, a DVD player with a large collection of DVDs, Bluetooth outdoor speakers, a hi-fi system indoors, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms, two fireplaces, and large ceiling fans in the living areas and bedrooms. All bed and bath linen are provided, along with starter bathroom amenities and hairdryers.
