Full-height glass doors open directly onto shaded terraces, merging indoor comfort with outdoor tranquillity. A fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances ensures every culinary desire is met, from morning espressos to gourmet dinners.

The villa boasts four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct outdoor access. The master bedroom, a true epitome of luxury, features a large en-suite and a private sea-view terrace, perfect for enjoying a peaceful morning coffee. Three additional bedrooms are on the ground floor, each with queen-size beds and access to the garden or terrace, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Outdoors, the luxury villa unfolds into 1,000m² of meticulously landscaped Mediterranean gardens filled with olive trees, bougainvillea, euphorbias, gaura, and lush greenery. At the centre lies an impressive L-shaped infinity pool measuring 15m x 4m, with optional heating. The expansive terraces include sun loungers, a hammock, chic shaded lounge areas by Roda, and an al fresco dining space with a barbecue – ideal for long, lazy lunches or relaxed dinners as the sun goes down. There’s also a lovely teepee-style daybed, with timber posts meeting overhead and soft ropes draped around it, creating an easy, bohemian feel. Set on a raised wooden platform and framed by greenery, it’s a peaceful spot to stretch out and enjoy the calm of the gardens. With the villa’s west-facing outlook, you’re treated to uninterrupted sunset views every single evening.
