Among the outstanding features we find two outdoor swimming pools with waterfall features situated in two distinct areas of the meticulously manicured gardens and a third indoor pool and a jacuzzi in the well-equipped internal Spa area of this Marbella luxury villa. 6 bedrooms – up to 12 guests

This luxury villa located in the heart of Marbella and comprises of the Main building (5 bedrooms) and a Guest House (1 bedroom) located at the entrance of the property.

Main villa

The Main Building spans on three levels and is connected by lift.

Ground floor

The entrance opens onto the imposing entrance hall that leads to Bedroom 1 on the left and to the main living room on the right and to all the living areas, such as the kitchen, office and dining room.

Living room: it features two distinct seating areas: one has two 3-seater sofas facing each other and two armchairs, the other features two 2-seater sofas and two armchairs. There is direct access to the outside dining terrace that features a large dining table (seating up to 12 guests) and an outdoor lounge area that comprises of two sofas and three armchairs for  a total of 9 guests. The living room also has access to another area of the patio terrace with another outdoor seating area that accommodates up to 8 people.

A corridor leads to the dining room on the right.

Dining room: This formal dining room seats up to 12 people and has access to the terrace.

Kitchen: It is separate from the dining and living room and features modern amenities and a generously-sized round breakfast table that can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen also has direct access to another terrace, where we find another dining table that seats up to 10 people.

Bedroom 1 (21m2): it features a King size bed with en suite bathroom and lounge that accommodates up to 4 people  (17m2). Its ensuite bathroom features a bathtub and a shower.

There is also a guest toilet.

Upper floor

Bedroom 2 (32m2): It features a queen size bed with en suite bathroom with a bathtub and a shower. It also has a private terrace that overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 3 (25m2): It features a queen size bed with en suite bathroom with a shower. It also has a private terrace with two sun loungers that overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 4 (17m2): It features a king size bed with en suite bathroom with a shower. It also has a private terrace with two sun loungers that overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 5/Master Bedroom (38m2): It is divided in two rooms and features a king size bed with ensuite bathroom with a showe and a tv room. It also has a very spacious private terrace (14m2) with two sun loungers that overlooks the garden.

There is also a guest toilet.

Lower floor

Leisure area: the large internal pool (32m2) is heated and is lined with loungers. There also is a sauna, as well as a smaller plunge pool and a round Turkish bath.

Fitness suite: there is a fitness room equipped with Technogym machines. It has access to a changing room and a bathroom with a shower.

Cinema room: it is adjacent to the gym and features seating for up to 10 people facing a large projector screen.

Bar Room (96m2): this spacious area features a  wet bar with a counter that can seat 5 people on its high stools. The bar also features a sitting area: two 3-seater sofas face each other, while a black jack table is at full disposal of the guests for endless nights of fun.

There is also a guest toilet.

Guest house

It is located a few metres located at the entrance of the property and features Bedroom 6 as well as a kitchenette and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 6 (26m2): Queen size bed with en-suite bathroom and kitchen, located at the entrance of the property.

Bathroom: The bathroom is between Bedroom 6 and the kitchenette and has a double sink and a shower.

Entertaining area

There two spacious swimming pool outdoor and there is an internal goal/football area.

Puerto Banus is one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella and offers high-end boutiques and delicious sea food restaurants. It is easily accessible from this luxury villa rental within an hour drive from Malaga Airport.
