The villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms. Two additional bedrooms, one queen and one twin, make Villa Kenton ideal for families or groups travelling together.

4 Bedrooms – Up to 8 Guests

• Bedroom 1: 1 x king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and spacious shower, lounge area, desk, TV, private verandah, sea, river mouth and coastline views. Located on the top floor.
• Bedroom 2: 1 x king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and spacious shower, private lounge, TV, direct access to the deck and swimming pool, river mouth and coastline views. Located on the ground floor.
• Bedroom 3: 1 x queen-size bed, luxury furnishings and premium linen.
• Bedroom 4: 2 x twin beds, luxury furnishings and premium linen.

All bedrooms are designed as luxury retreats and can accommodate up to 8 guests in total. Luxury Suites One and Two open directly onto outdoor areas, allowing natural surroundings and coastal views to flow into the space. Thick fluffy towels and bathrobes are provided in both luxury suites.

Villa Kenton is beautifully situated between the Kariega River and the Boesmansrivier (Bushmans River), offering a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and easy access to some of the Eastern Cape’s most scenic coastal landscapes.

The property is approximately 1 km from the SPAR supermarket and 1 km from the restaurants and cafés along Kenton Road, making it convenient for everyday essentials and local dining. While the property is not directly on the beach, nearby beaches are only a short drive away, including Kelly’s Beach and Kenton Beach, both known for their beautiful sandy shores and excellent swimming conditions.

Guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Kenton-on-Sea, with its boutiques, restaurants, outdoor activities, and river adventures, while nearby Port Alfred offers additional shops, cafés, and attractions.
