The design of Casa Verbena combines contemporary luxury with the relaxed, natural character of Comporta. The interiors have been designed by renowned French interior designer Jacques Grange, bringing an elegant and understated aesthetic to the spaces, while the surrounding gardens and landscape have been created by celebrated landscape designer Madison Cox. Their considered approach ensures the interiors, architecture and natural surroundings feel beautifully connected.

The Main House provides elegant communal spaces alongside comfortable accommodation. It features en-suite guest accommodation, a dining area, open-plan kitchen, service kitchen and fireplace, with an underfloor heating and cooling system ensuring year-round comfort. A bathtub and private sauna add an additional sense of relaxation to the Main House.

The Guest House offers complete independence and privacy, with two en-suite bedrooms, a living room and kitchenette. It also features a fireplace and underfloor heating and cooling system, making it ideal for guests who value their own space.

Guests staying at Casa Verbena can also enjoy access to the wider Atlantic Club Comporta, including the Club House, which is the heart of the community. Designed as a welcoming space to relax, enjoy a good book or unwind with an aperitif, the Club House features an indoor lounge, outdoor lounge with a firepit, dining room and terrace. Adjacent to these spaces is a premium fitness studio, along with reception and concierge services. Breakfast is available upon request and is served in the Club House dining room between 08:30 and 11:00.

The Club House is available exclusively to Atlantic Club guests and owners and is not open to the general public. Guests can also enjoy access to the community’s wider wellness and fitness facilities, including a gym, yoga studio and fitness spaces, as well as a carefully considered programme of events, social gatherings, exhibitions and talks.

Dining at Atlantic Club Comporta places an emphasis on fresh local produce from Comporta’s farms and surrounding sea. For a particularly special dining experience, Diogo Noronha Studio, the estate’s lead culinary partner, can be arranged through the concierge for private dinners at the property.
