The property comprises three independent buildings – a Main House, Pool House and Comporta Cabin – offering an excellent balance of shared living spaces and privacy for larger families and groups. The residences are surrounded by beautifully designed outdoor spaces, with a swimming pool, plunge pool and private parking completing the relaxed Comporta lifestyle.

The design of Casa Pistacia brings together contemporary luxury and the natural character of Comporta. The interiors have been designed by renowned French interior designer Jacques Grange, whose distinctive approach brings an elegant, understated character to the residences, while the surrounding gardens and landscape have been created by celebrated landscape designer Madison Cox. Together, their work ensures that the architecture, interiors and natural surroundings feel seamlessly connected.

The Main House forms the heart of Casa Pistacia, with elegant open-plan living spaces designed for spending time together. It features en-suite accommodation, including a bathtub and private sauna, as well as a dining area, open-plan kitchen, service kitchen and fireplace. An underfloor heating and cooling system ensures comfort throughout the year.

The Pool House provides additional independence and includes two en-suite bedrooms, a comfortable living room and kitchenette. An underfloor heating and cooling system makes the space suitable for year-round stays, while its position alongside the pool makes it particularly convenient for relaxed days outdoors.

The Comporta Cabin offers a further private retreat, with two en-suite bedrooms and an underfloor heating and cooling system. Its classic cabana-inspired design reflects the architectural character of Comporta while providing the comfort expected of a contemporary luxury villa.

Guests staying at Casa Pistacia can also enjoy access to the wider Atlantic Club Comporta, including the Club House, which serves as the heart of the community. Designed as a welcoming space to relax and unwind, the Club House features an indoor lounge, outdoor lounge with a firepit, dining room and terrace. Adjacent to these spaces is a premium fitness studio, along with reception and concierge services. Breakfast is available upon request and is served in the Club House dining room between 08:30 and 11:00.

The Club House is available exclusively to Atlantic Club guests and owners and is not open to the general public. Guests can also enjoy access to the community’s wider wellness and fitness facilities, including a gym, yoga studio and fitness spaces, as well as a carefully considered programme of events, social gatherings, exhibitions and talks.

Dining at Atlantic Club Comporta places an emphasis on fresh local produce from Comporta’s farms and surrounding sea. For a particularly special dining experience, Diogo Noronha Studio, the estate’s lead culinary partner, can be arranged through the concierge for private dinners at the property.
