This luxury villa near Comporta comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and comprises of the Main building and 4 independent bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower each. Three of the bedrooms feature a double bed each and one offers six spacious bunk beds.

The heated saltwater pool can be directly accessed from all the living areas and all the bedrooms of this luxury villa in the proximity of Comporta. Opposite Casa Alameda there is a natural reserve, so guests will enjoy the feeling of living within an immense pine wood area while enjoying all the most modern comforts within walking distance from the beach of Carvalhal, trendy bars and restaurants.

4 bedrooms – up to 12 guests

This luxury villa holiday rental in Comporta spreads on the ground floor and all its rooms have direct access to the large, landscaped garden and swimming pool patio.

The entrance opens onto the large airy opens space living areas that features a sitting area, a dining and a kitchen.

Sitting area: The lounge area features an L-shaped 10-seater sofa and 2 designer chairs, while the dining area features a 10-seater rectangular dining table, which is semi separate from the living room as it stands behind a buffet cupboard. At the opposite end, we find an indoor garden bed that feature large exotic plants.

Kitchen: The U-shaped kitchen is semi-separate and overviews the dining area. It has a contemporary feeling and features all the necessary equipment to prepare fresh meals and a working countertop.

The dining and sitting area have direct access to the semi-covered terrace and the pool via expansive glass sliding doors that seamlessly connect the interior areas with the exteriors.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are decorated at the same standard and are equally sized.

Bedroom 1 (35m2): it features a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is ideal for a group of children and has access to the garden and pool.
Bedroom 2 (35m2): it features a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is ideal for a group of children and has access to the garden and pool.

Bedroom 3 (35m2): it features a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This room is ideal for a group of children and has access to the garden and pool.

Bedroom 4 (35m2): it features 6 comfortable and large bunk beds. This room is ideal for a group of children and has access to the garden and pool.

Outdoor highlights

The terraced patio is covered and features a distinct outdoor dining area with a round table that seats up to 8 people and, on its right, we find the outdoor seating area consisting of two sofas that seat 3 people each, facing each other.

Swimming Pool (8x8m): the saltwater swimming pool is heated and the cost of the pool heating is included in the cost of the rental from mid-June to mid-September – outside this period it comes for an extra charge and is upon request. Please note that in the colder months, the pool temperature will not raise over 21 degrees. It is across a platform that features sun loungers at full guests’ disposal.

This luxury villa is located  in Carvalhal, just a 10 minutes’ drive from Comporta. Carvalhal offers shops, markets and delicious restaurants and is in the proximity of some of the best beaches of Southern Portugal, such as Melides and Comporta beaches. Cavalos na Areia is only a mere  5 minutes’ drive away and  is a fantastic option for family fun enjoying horseback riding in the rice fields and beach.

€10,850 - €17,360 per week

• A security deposit of 4000 euros will be requested one week prior to date of arrival and returned to the guest within 1 week after the check out
• Pool heating is included in the cost of the rental from June 15th to September 15th – outside of this period, the cost is 500 euros per week. However please note that in the colder months, the pool temperature will not raise over 21 degrees.
