This luxury villa near Comporta comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and comprises of the Main building and 4 independent bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with a walk-in shower each. Three of the bedrooms feature a double bed each and one offers six spacious bunk beds.

The heated saltwater pool can be directly accessed from all the living areas and all the bedrooms of this luxury villa in the proximity of Comporta. Opposite Casa Alameda there is a natural reserve, so guests will enjoy the feeling of living within an immense pine wood area while enjoying all the most modern comforts within walking distance from the beach of Carvalhal, trendy bars and restaurants.

This luxury villa is located  in Carvalhal, just a 10 minutes’ drive from Comporta. Carvalhal offers shops, markets and delicious restaurants and is in the proximity of some of the best beaches of Southern Portugal, such as Melides and Comporta beaches. Cavalos na Areia is only a mere  5 minutes’ drive away and  is a fantastic option for family fun enjoying horseback riding in the rice fields and beach.

Pricing

€11,060 - €18,060 per week

• A security deposit of 4000 euros will be requested one week prior to date of arrival and returned to the guest within 1 week after the check out
• Pool heating is included in the cost of the rental from June 15th to September 15th – outside of this period, the cost is 500 euros per week. However please note that in the colder months, the pool temperature will not raise over 21 degrees.
