This luxury villa in Algarve is the ideal retreat for every contemporary art lover. Located in Vale do Garrão, between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago this recently renovated luxury holiday rental accommodates large groups of friends and multigenerational families as it spans on one floor and features large and airy spaces. The villa consists of two buildings: the Main Residence with 5 ensuite bedrooms and two bedrooms in the Guest house that faces the pool  – for a total of 18 people.

The interiors of this luxury holiday villa in Algarve remind of traditional Portuguese architecture and the contemporary minimalist furniture offers maximum comfort. The outdoor highlights of this holiday villa rental in Southern Portugal are the large infinity swimming pool immersed in a landscaped garden that features lush vegetation and a vegetable orchard.

Fitness lovers will enjoy the fitness suite and the yoga area of this villa in the proximity of Quanta do Lago, an outdoor gym and fun for all ages as there is also an outdoor cinema pavillon and a playground area for children.

Layout

7 bedrooms – up to 18 guests

This villa consists of two buildings on the same ground level, arranged around the pool. There are five en-suite bedrooms in the bedroom wing of the Main House and two in the Guest House. All of the ensuites feature a shower each, except for the Master Suite 1 that features a free standing bath.

Main residence

The large sleek contemporary kitchen overlooks the dining and living area. It is well-equipped and offers everything required to prepare fresh meals. The dining area features an oval dining table that sits up to 10 people and  seamlessly connects to the living room.

A floor to ceiling glass wine cabinet splits the living areas in two parts. The living room features two 4 seater sofas and a grey L-shaped sofa that sits 4 people that faces the pool. There are large high to ceiling windows that connect the interiors to the terrace.

The bedrooms of the main residence have ensuite bathrooms with shower and toilet areas separated by glass walls:

Master Suite 1: this bedroom features a king size bed (180cm x 200m), a Smart TV with Netflix, SONOS speaker and safe. There also is a sitting area, a separate dressing area and a desk. The large ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower with access to the terrace, a standing bath, a separate toilet and bidet.

The Blue Bedroom: it offers two single beds that can be converted into a double Emperor bed (200cm x 200cm), a SONOS speaker and a sitting area.

The Bunkbed Bedroom: there are two bunk beds (4 single beds), desk space and SONOS speaker and a sitting area.

The Pink Bedroom: it features two single beds that can converted into a double Emperor bed (200cm x 200cm), one with a single bed drawer (sleeps 3), desk space and SONOS speaker, sitting area

Master Suite 2: it features a double Emperor bed (200cm x 200cm), dressing area, a Smart TV with Netflix, safe, separate desk space, SONOS speaker and bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.

Guest House

It is situated just a few metres from the Main Residence and is adjacent to the pool.

Master Suite 3: it features a double bed, a sitting area, Smart TV, SONOS speaker and wardrobes.

The Yellow Bedroom: it features two single beds that can be turned into a double Emperor bed (200cm x 200cm), one with a single bed drawer (sleeps 3), wardrobes and a desk space.

Outdoor highlights:

Outdoor dining: there is a well equipped covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, a large working counter that also sits  5 people and overlooks the large rectangular dining table that sits 10 guests.

Set in a plot of 9500m2 facing south, Villa Acqua di Mare features landscaped gardens feature a vegetable and herb garden and an outdoor gym hidden behind the trees, far from  the residence. There also is a round pavillon for meditation and yoga.

Swimming pool (20x5m): it is opposite and easily accessible via a path in the lawn from both buildings. It is adorned with green tiles and treated with salt. The lap pool (20m x 5m and a depth of 1.60m) also has an attached infant area of 30cm. There also are 16 sunbeds available for the guests.

This luxury holiday villa rental is situated between between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just in Vale do Garrão, within walking distance to the beach and within a few minutes drive from Vale do Lobo Tennis club and Pinetres Horse riding centre. Faro, the capital of Algarve, is only a 30 minutes drive from the villa and offers fine restaurants, trendy bars and a fun nightlife.
