The light and bright spacious interiors lean heavily on 1950’s Italian design, while outside you are spoilt for choice with the extensive outdoor lounging areas.

Villa Tisciano can accommodate up to twelve guests with three bedrooms in the main house, and an additional three double bedrooms in the Guest Annexe. This villa offers a seamless blend of comfort and charm, with thoughtfully designed spaces for both relaxation and entertaining. Guests can enjoy al fresco dining under the shaded pergola, surrounded by the villa’s tranquil walled vegetable garden. A traditional bread oven adds a rustic touch, perfect for creating authentic meals. The elegant portico sitting area, complete with a cosy fireplace, invites relaxation in any season, while the poolside loggia with a minibar ensures effortless summer entertaining. Completing the outdoor experience is a sparkling swimming pool, ideal for cooling off and soaking up the serene atmosphere.

Around the villa, you’ll find cypress-lined avenues perfect for gentle strolls, historic castle chapels to explore, and the estate’s abundant orto, where seasonal produce is freshly harvested. The landscapes of Umbria and Tuscany inspired the canvases of the Renaissance painters, and exploring the hazy hills, medieval hill-top towns, museums and art galleries is a rare treat.

Spend time at the Equestrian Centre watching Spanish horses train with elegance, then pause for lunch at Ristorante Alle Scuderie or a drink at Bar Centrale. Cool off with a swim in the estate’s lake, followed by a picnic in the lakeside cabin. For more activity, take on the resident tennis coach on the Astroturf courts. As the day draws to a close, enjoy cocktails in the Palm Court at the Reschio Hotel, or savour a sunset dinner at Ristorante Al Castello, when the surrounding Etruscan hills glow with enchantment.

Within an hour’s drive of Reschio are the spellbinding towns of Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia and Siena. The long summer season, meanwhile, is alive with open-air concerts and opera, as well as little seasonal festas held in villages and towns.
