Villa Poggiona is located in Scandicci, Tuscany, just outside Florence. It offers a quiet residential setting in the Tuscan countryside fringe, while still being very close to Florence’s historic centre. The area is well connected by road and public transport, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and major attractions. A car is helpful for exploring wider Tuscany, but not essential for visiting Florence itself.

The villa, located just 500 meters from Villa Chiesanuova, enjoys a peaceful yet highly convenient position only 9 kilometers from central Florence – about a 15-minute drive. It is well connected to major routes, with the A1 toll road and the four-lane highway to Siena just 5 kilometers away, while the four-lane highway to Pisa can be reached in around 10 minutes. Florence Airport is situated approximately 18 kilometers from the property. The surrounding Chianti towns are all within a short scenic drive, making them easy to explore. Additionally, the historic cities of Siena and San Gimignano are about 45 minutes away, while Pisa can be reached in roughly 55 minutes.
