The first floor of the luxury villa rental has a bright living room that dominates with its central truss and a fireplace which makes the atmosphere even more special.

Layout

Indoors: Are thoughtfully designed, spacious and bright common areas where both the living room, entrance and kitchen benefit from AC. The modern equipped kitchen is a space to indulge in authentic Italian cuisine and culinary delights of Tuscany, nestled on the ground floor of the restored luxury villa rental.

Bedroom 1: The undeniable elegance of the “La Camera Antica” suite with “raw” parquet flooring crafted from meticulously selected bicentennial wooden planks. Featuring a queen bed located in the main villa with en-suite bathroom and AC.

Bedroom 2: The Le Macine suite has been created from what was once the villa’s stable, as evidenced by the preserved mangers, which have been intentionally left intact as a testament to a place of history. This suite has a direct view of the garden with a covered terrace and a small outdoor seating area. It borders the “Macine” room where the millstones are carefully preserved. Featuring a queen bed located in the main villa with an en-suite bathroom and AC.

Bedroom 3: The main bedroom of the Villa called “ICipressi”, with a queen bed and AC. Where the shades of green have been specifically chosen to create continuity with the vibrant colour of the cypresses in the garden it overlooks. Characterized by the presence, in the private bathroom, of a freestanding bathtub with an enchanting view.

Bedroom 4: “Il Susino” is a marvellous suite where the delicate pastel colours are inspired by the plum tree it overlooks. Featuring a queen bed located in the main villa with en-suite bathroom and AC.

Bedroom 5: “Il Leccio” It has been converted from an ancient sawmill with a large room with open shower and a relaxing living room with kitchen, fireplace, and queen bed allowing you to unwind and take pleasure in the view of the park’s lush greenery.

Bedroom 6: queen bed located in the annexes there is only 1 + one guest bathroom in the main building.

Bedroom 7: Dependence “Il Rosmarino” located on the upper floor, there is a loft with two single beds overlooking the villa’s swimming pool. That could be converted into a king. Delicate hues in contrast with the oak wood finishes celebrate the surrounding Nature.

Outdoors: Experience the genuine allure of Tuscan nature in the numerous outdoor spaces. Take a refreshing dip in the shimmering turquoise waters of the 15mX7m, h1.60m pool, a perfect indulgence on those warm summer days. Surrounded by olive trees and a riverfront that offers breath-taking views of the Tuscan countryside. There is a balcony that runs along the entire back side of the main building. Gather around the roundtable encircling a majestic olive tree, where you can dine alfresco on wood oven pizza or simply listen to the gentle sound of flowing water and the rustling of leaves.
