Five French doors lead directly onto the spectacular outdoor terraces, where a traditional Tuscan pergola shelters a handcrafted oak dining table seating up to twenty guests. The first floor offers a second light-filled living room with an original fireplace and access to another beautiful covered loggia overlooking the valley below. This level also houses three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including the magnificent principal suite. Featuring its own entrance, fireplace, built-in wardrobes and French doors opening onto the loggia, the master suite is complemented by a luxurious Travertine bathroom with a freestanding bath, double shower and twin basins. Two additional en-suite double bedrooms complete this floor, one enjoying direct access to the loggia.

A second master suite occupies the ground floor, opening through three French doors onto the surrounding olive groves. Spacious and elegantly furnished, it features hardwood parquet flooring, built-in wardrobes and a luxurious private bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.
