10 Bedrooms – Up to 20 Guests

Villa Moggiano is the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking a peaceful, private getaway in Tuscany. With accommodation for up to 20 guests, depending on the group composition and the presence of children, the villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and modern amenities for both extended stays and short holidays. Extra beds and cots are available for children up to 10 years old, ensuring a comfortable stay for families.

The Ground Floor of the farmhouse serves as the heart of the villa, providing a welcoming space for guests to gather and unwind. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, crockery, and accessories, making it ideal for self-catering or for hosting a private chef for special meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious Living Room features plush sofas, a dining table, a TV, a music system, and a cosy fireplace—an inviting setting for socialising or relaxing. This level also includes two toilets, a pantry, and an Office Area equipped with a computer and printer for added convenience.

The First Floor houses two elegant suites, each offering a unique combination of luxury and comfort. The First Suite (East) is a Family Suite, featuring a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm) and a twin bedroom with separate single beds (90cm x 200cm). These rooms share a bathroom and a comfortable living area with a TV, mini-fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. The hallway includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board, as well as a small kitchenette for added convenience. The Second Suite (West) is spacious, comprising a living room and two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy in-room amenities such as a mini-fridge, coffee and tea machines, and a TV with a soundbar system in the living area for entertainment.

On the Second Floor, guests will find Four large double Bedrooms (160cm x 200cm), each exuding modern elegance while retaining the charm of the original farmhouse. Every bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a sitting area, and contemporary comforts such as a mini-fridge and soundbar. Cots are available upon request for families travelling with young children.

For larger groups, the villa offers Two Independent Outbuildings, known as Casette, located near the main farmhouse. Each Casetta provides a double bedroom (160cm x 200cm) with an en-suite bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a TV, mini-fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. These guest apartments are connected by a private patio, furnished with comfortable seating and a sun umbrella, overlooking the vineyards.

The villa’s design beautifully blends traditional Tuscan architecture with modern luxury. A unique feature is the Lemon House, originally used for sheltering lemon trees. Now fully renovated, it serves as a breakfast room and can also be used for special gatherings, such as wine tastings or pizza evenings. This space includes a wood-fired oven and barbecue, enhancing both its charm and practicality.

The Outdoor Spaces are equally impressive. The two infinity pools, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens, offer a tranquil setting for both relaxation and social gatherings. A patio, connecting the two Casette, provides a peaceful retreat with breathtaking vineyard views.
