Luxury Tuscan farmhouse, with a swimming pool, a gym, and sweeping views over a lush valley
Villa Lucardese is the epitome of a luxury villa in Tuscany. This exquisite Tuscan farmhouse, lovingly restored over a ten-year period by a designer and architect couple, offers a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern elegance, creating an unparalleled Tuscan retreat.Full Description
Nestled near the authentic Tuscan town of Montespertoli, along Tuscany’s celebrated wine route and just a 25-minute drive from Florence, Villa Lucardese welcomes you with soaring views over the rolling countryside that transport you into a living Italian Renaissance painting. Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated long pool open year-round, a panoramic fire pit, and manicured gardens framed by cypress trees, olive groves, and a private nature reserve. For the active, bicycles and e-bikes can be delivered to the villa, while a nearby golf course is only 20 minutes away.
Inside, Villa Lucardese exudes Tuscan luxury. Two distinct living areas provide spaces for relaxation and entertainment: a bright and airy ground-floor living room with direct access to the garden, and a dramatic top-floor living room in the former dovecote, featuring cathedral ceilings, cosy seating, and a home cinema. The well-equipped kitchen leads to a regal dining room with a vast open fireplace, while al fresco dining is equally magical under the covered outdoor dining area with a wood-fired pizza oven.
The villa comprises four beautifully appointed double bedrooms, including a striking master suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private sitting room. Each bedroom and bathroom is individually decorated with luxurious fixtures and designer touches, ensuring the ultimate Tuscan comfort.
Tranquillity reigns at Villa Lucardese, despite its countryside location, with little traffic and uninterrupted views over vineyards and olive groves. Guests may even spot deer, wild hare, or foxes from the pool, terrace, or outdoor living spaces. The surrounding area, steeped in history, is home to Florentine noble estates, exceptional farm-to-table restaurants, and a wealth of cultural experiences, from wine tasting and truffle hunting to exploring Florence’s museums and Tuscany’s charming villages.
Whether for a family getaway, a cultural escape, or an active retreat, Villa Lucardese offers the quintessential luxury villa experience in Tuscany, combining breathtaking scenery, exceptional design, and unrivalled comfort.
