With five elegantly appointed ensuite bedrooms—three of which are located on the first floor and two are on the ground floor —this luxury villa in Tuscany comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Spanning two levels, plus a mezzanine floor, Villa La Fonte offers both space and privacy to all guests who are looking to relax by the spacious heated infinity pool or to explore everything that Tuscany has to offer.  This luxury villa near Siena features terracotta floors, high ceilings with wooden beams and rustic modern farmhouse décor. The cosy living/dining room has direct access to the terraced loggia that features an outdoor dining table where guests will enjoy enchanting alfresco dinner parties while admiring the stunning Tuscan countryside. The stylish kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most modern amenities to cater for events of up to 25 guests. On the first floor, there is a third sitting room that connects the three bedrooms on this floor and to the mezzanine floor, which is the hidden gem of this beautiful villa. There, guests will enjoy reading a book or relaxing during a colder Autumn evening. Volterra, San Giminiano and Monteriggioni, a beautiful fortified medieval town, are all within an half-an-hour drive from this superb Tuscan country villa that will become our guests’ home away from home.

5 bedrooms – up to 10 guests

This luxury villa rental in Tuscany spans over two levels and is internally connected by a staircase. There are two entrances: one is through the wide terraced loggia and opens directly on to the main living and dining room and the other one is directly onto the first floor.

Ground Floor

Living & Dining room: This airy and bright open space have direct access to the terraced loggia via two arched French window doors and the largest arched door opposite the second sitting area.

The sitting area offers a sofa that seats up to four people and two armchairs arranged a coffee table. There also is a second seating arrangement with a cosy 2-seater sofa and four armchairs that elegantly overlook the small lake that leads to the kitchen through a very short hallway.

The rectangular dining table is ideal for formal dinners and seats up to 10 people and on the left, there is direct access to Bedroom 2.

Kitchen: it is separate from the living room and has a rustic feel with a glam touch. The large floating working counter offers comfort and space for guests who are looking to experiment in the kitchen or for professional cooks catering for formal events for up to 25 people as it also features professional equipment and two fridges. The kitchen is either accessible from the second sitting area on the ground floor or a back door that leads directly to the garden.

Bedroom 1: it is directly accessible from the sitting area. It features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower. Between the sleeping area and the shower room there is a small hallway that can also be closed to guarantee maximum privacy for guests using this bedroom.

Bedroom 2: it is directly accessible from the dining area, and it features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower within the bedroom.

First floor

Sitting room: There is a separate sitting room that is between Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 4 and the Master Bedroom. It also connects the first floor to the mezzanine floor via a staircase and offers a sumptuous sofa that seats up to 2 people, a bench and an armchair. It overlooks the pool and the small natural lake.

Master Bedroom: features a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request. It boasts an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, a unique freestanding marbled bathtub and a shower.

Bedroom 4: this spacious bedroom features a king-size bed convertible into twins and an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 5: this spacious bedroom features a larger queen-size (180 width) and an ensuite with a bathtub and a separate shower.

Mezzanine Floor

The mezzanine floor is the hidden gem of the interior of this beautiful villa. A staircase that starts from a second sitting room located on the first floor leads to the mezzanine floor where guests will enjoy reading a book or relaxing during a colder Autumn evening. Please note that due to the layout it is not possible for guests to sleep in this space.

Outdoor highlights

The loggia is covered and boasts incredible views of the Tuscan hills and the small natural lake. It leads to the separate private swimming pool deck via a paved path that runs through the landscaped garden.

A long country driveway leads to this large Tuscan country house, while on the left side we find the semi-separate paved pool area that features sun loungers and a spacious infinity heated pool (15×5) that overlooks the Tuscan hills and one of the little natural lakes of Borgo Pignano.

The pool is heated every morning during May, September and October – however the heating can reach up to 23-26 C degrees in the colder months of Spring and Autumn.

• The swimming pool is heated every morning during the colder months. The pool heating is included in the rental cost. Please note that, in alignment with Borgo Pignano commitment to the environment, green technology is used for heating. As a result, the pool temperature during the Spring and Autumn months is maintained between 23–26°C.
