An expansive 30m² pergola shelters a stylish lounge, accompanied by ten sun loungers that invite slow days under the Tuscan sun. Additional leisure offerings include a restored vintage billiard table, a table tennis area, and various shaded spots for relaxation.

A highlight of the property is the heated indoor swimming pool (4 x 11 m), available exclusively from October to May, with a minimum notice of 75 days and at an additional cost of €2,100 per week, to cover energy consumption and maintenance, creating an all-season sanctuary of calm and wellbeing.
