Villa di Monte is located in the scenic Tuscan countryside near Larciano, surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves. The area offers a peaceful rural setting while still being close to charming towns, restaurants, local markets, and cultural attractions.

Nestled among sun-drenched hills, Villa di Monte is located within the province of Pistoia, less than a 30-minute drive from historic towns like Vinci and renowned spa destinations such as Montecatini and Monsummano. The natural area of Pietramarina, with its olive groves, vineyards, and chestnut forests, surrounds the property, offering a serene escape far from the hustle and bustle of city life.

From the estate, you can enjoy sweeping views that stretch from the medieval village of Montevettolini to the Padule di Fucecchio nature reserve and all the way to Monte Serra, which separates the valley from the Versilia coastline.

Please note that the final stretch of the road leading to Villa di Monte is unpaved, so we recommend arriving in an SUV or off-road vehicle. A car is recommended for exploring Tuscany and visiting nearby villages, wineries, and historic cities such as Florence, Lucca, and Pisa. Transfer services are also available upon request.
