This luxury villa rental in the heart of the Chianti Region spreads on two levels and is internally connected with stairs.
Ground floor
The entrance opens onto the large open space dedicated to the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen is has a contemporary feeling and features all the most modern amenities, which also include a wood oven. There also is a long working counter that splits the open space and can serve as a bar counter that seats up to 4 people. The large dining table seats up to 10 people and across this spacious room, we find a long sofa that seats up to 7 people.
Living room: the cosy living room features stone walls, an imposing fireplace and terracotta floors. Two 4-seater sofas face each other and an additional seating area that features two rowing chairs and a round dining table for 2, overlook the expansive Tuscan countryside and vineyards.
First floor
Master Bedroom: it features terracotta floors and antique furniture. It offers a king sized bed and a vanity table. It has access to a small balcony overlooking the garden and its ensuite features a spacious shower.
Bedroom 2: It features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: It features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: It features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom 5: It features a king size bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Outdoors highlights
There is a covered loggia that features a wine tasting area and a charcoal BBQ available to guests. On the other side of the house there is another semi-covered pergola porch that features a ping pong table.
Swimming pool: it is located on a small hill that seamlessly creates a semi-separate space. It is immersed in the lush gardens and lined with sun loungers.
