This recently renovated luxury villa rental in Tuscany comprises of the Main Building and a Guest House and retains all the allure of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse while providing guests the most modern comforts. The interiors are bright and boast multiple windows and doors that give direct access to the well-manicured gardens and terrace. The interiors boast original wooden beams that perfectly match the mixture of antique and contemporary items, including the owners’ private collection.

Upon entrance, we find the ample open space living areas that include two distinct sitting areas and a formal dining room adjacent to the kitchen.

On the first floor of the main residence of this luxury estate in Tuscany we find three spacious double bedrooms featuring a king size and ensuite each. The depandance is ideal for teenagers wanting privacy and has its own portico with outdoor furnishings. It is located next to the swimming pool, just a few steps away from the Main Building and offers a double bedroom with ensuite and a dressing room.

One of the outdoor highlights is the secret pergola is covered with climbing roses and hides an outdoor dining table where enchanting dinner parties will take place. The generously sized swimming pool is tucked away and reachable via a few steps down. It is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and offers breath-taking views of the surrounding Tuscan countryside scattered by olive groves and vineyards.

Villa Cetona is a luxury villa rental in Southern Tuscany and comprises of two buildings: the Main Building and the Depandance.

Main Building

The main building spreads over two floors and is internally connected via stairs. The entrance hall gives access to the large open place space that comprises of two sitting areas, the dining room and the kitchen.

Ground floor

The entrance hall offers a beautiful decorative table and has direct access to the courtyard.

Sitting area 1: in front of the entrance hall, this sitting room boasts two sofas facing each other and a fireplace on their left for the cosiest nights. On the right side of the sitting area there is a floor-to-ceiling French door that gives direct access to the courtyard.

Dining room: It offers a spacious dining rectangular table that sits up to 8 people. Opposite of the dining table there is a floor-to-ceiling French door that gives direct access to the courtyard.

Kitchen: The kitchen is semi-separated but has direct access to the dining room through an arched opening in the wall. It is well-equipped with the most modern amenities and boasts white marble countertops and a floating working counter with a hob that can also be used as snack table and sits up to  that can sit up to 3 people thanks to its bar stools. The kitchen has access to the the gardens through a French side door.

Guest bathroom: on this floor, next to the staircase that leads to the first floor, there also is a half-bathroom with wc and sink.

First floor

The stairs leads to a small landing with two armchairs and there are three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: at the top of the stairs, there is the first spacious bedroom that boasts a super king bed that can be converted into twins and a large ensuite with a bathtub.

Bedroom 2: On the right of Bedroom 1, this room offers a super king bed that can be converted into twins with an ensuite a bathtub.

Bedroom 3: This lovely bedroom boasts a king size bed that can be converted into twins with an ensuite with a shower.

Depandance 

It is adjacent to the pool, a few metres away from the Main Building. It offer an external covered terrace (or portico) with outdoor furnishings, a separate dressing room, the fourth bedroom and its ensuite.

Bedroom 4: This secluded bedroom offers a super king bed that can be converted into twins and an ensuite with a shower.

Dressing room: it is within the building but separated from Bedroom 4. It has a guest bathroom with a sink and wc that guests can use after swimming.

Outdoor highlights 

Swimming Pool (13×4,50×1,50m): the swimming pool area is secluded and reachable via four steps down, tucked behind a wall. It is immersed in the well-manicured garden, offers plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas and overlooks the surrounding countryside.

Pergola: It is immersed in the lush garden and covered with climbing roses during in spring and boasts a rectangular dining table that sit up to 8 guests.

Villa Cetona is a luxury property rental situated in Southern Tuscany. It has easy access to the beautiful Cetona village and other traditional village such as Chiusi, Pienza and Cortona, with their traditional eateries or osterias and artisanal shops.
