The “Pinky Code,” named after Baroness Mosterts de Banfield, daughter of the legendary Red Baron and former owner of the entire area, still defines this tranquil beach. The code forbids plastic, garish colours, fluttering towels, and noise, preserving a serene, elegant atmosphere akin to a living room by the sea. Upon entering the villa, you’ll find the spacious Living Area, which is divided into a cosy sitting room with a charming fireplace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying intimate gatherings. This space seamlessly flows into the Dining Area, which also opens onto a Covered Veranda, creating an ideal spot for outdoor dining with garden views. The fully equipped Kitchen is designed with modern amenities to ensure a pleasurable cooking experience, and it also opens onto the furnished veranda for easy access to the outdoors. A pantry with an additional refrigerator provides extra storage and convenience.

The villa features a total of Five Spacious Bedrooms, with three of these rooms having their own en-suite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience for guests. The remaining two bedrooms are part of a suite that shares a bathroom, making it ideal for families or small groups. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms on the second floor adds to the comfort and enjoyment of your stay, ensuring restful nights after exploring the surrounding Tuscan beauty.

On the Ground Floor, you’ll find the First Bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom, which includes both a bathtub and an internal shower. This room is a peaceful retreat with direct access to the garden. Also located on the ground floor is a Second and Third Bedroom consisting of a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both opening onto the garden. They share a bathroom with a bathtub, making it perfect for a family. Additionally, the ground floor offers a service bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, ensuring all guests have their own space and comfort.

The First Floor is dedicated to the villa’s luxurious master and secondary bedrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a private sanctuary with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a tub and a separate shower. This room is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay. A Fifth Bedroom is also located on this floor, featuring an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning is included for extra relaxation.
