This lovely villa spreads on two floors and is connected via stairs. On the ground floor we find the ample open space living room that features a wood burning stove that adds warmth and charm to the interiors. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a rustic feeling that perfectly blends with the surroundings of this villa luxury rental in the heart of Tuscany. On the ground floor we also find one of the two bedrooms that features a smaller queen size bed a separate bathroom with a shower, while on the first floor we find the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a balcony with stunning views on the woods and a separate bathroom with a bathtub with shower fixture. Immersed in the meticulously landscaped gardens, the spacious heated swimming pool lined with sun loungers and umbrellas that will add shade to warm sunny days, while guests will enjoy a glass of Chianti from the terrace that offers relaxing views of the surrounding woods. Guests at The Artists House can also enjoy exclusive access to shared amenities, including a cozy TV lounge, a spacious swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness suite, and a tennis court. This luxury villa rental has easy access to Volterra and plenty of renowned wineries and artisans’ boutiques.

Ground floor

This luxury villa rental in Tuscany overlooks the woods and spreads over two floors. The entrance opens up onto the large kitchen and sitting area. The kitchen has a rustic feeling and is well-equipped with the most modern amenities. It also features a marbled working top with a hob and a dining table that seats up to 4 people. It has direct access to the living room via an arched opening in the wall.

Living room: the cosy sitting area features three sumptuous armchairs arranged around an elegant coffee table and a working desk. There is direct access to the outdoor dining terrace via two French window doors.

Bedroom 1: a long corridor leads to the first bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom is accessible via a couple of ascending steps. It features high ceilings and a desk, a smaller queen size (140×190) – this bedroom is ideal for children and an extra roll-away bed can be added upon request with an extra fee. It has a separate bathroom with a shower.

Second floor

Bedroom 2: A door opens onto the staircase paved with terracotta tiles that leads to the first floor, where the second bedroom is located. The first room on the left, is dedicated to the ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, while the stairs continue to lead up directly to the bedroom. The sleeping area features a queen size bed (not convertible into twins).

Outdoor highlights

The outdoor dining terrace is shaded and boasts incredible views of the Tuscan hills and the wide landscaped garden. It features a rectangular dining table with wicker chairs that seat up to 6 guests.

Swimming pool: the infinity pool is on a paved patio. It is lined with sun loungers and umbrellas. It is heated every morning during May, September and October – however the heating can reach up to 23-26 C degrees in the colder months of Spring and Autumn.

Please note that, in alignment with Borgo Pignano commitment to the environment, green technology is used for heating. As a result, the pool temperature during the Spring and Autumn months is maintained between 23–26°C.
