This luxury villa rental in Tuscany overlooks the vineyards and spreads on the ground floor, with exception of the Master bedroom which features an exclusive mezzanine floor accessible from an internal staircase.

The entrance opens onto the hallway: on the right, it leads to the large open space, large kitchen and sitting area and on the left, to the sleeping area. The kitchen has a rustic feeling and is well-equipped with the most modern amenities. It overlooks the landscaped garden and features a round dining table that seats up to 4 people.

The cosy sitting area features a two seater sofa facing two sumptuous armchairs arranged around an elegant coffee table. There is also direct access to the outdoor dining terrace  via two French window doors.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom features a king-size bed. An internal staircase leads to a private mezzanine floor that features a day bed and has no windows. Its ensuite bathroom features a double walk-in shower with two shower heads and two internal benches facing each other. This bedroom overlooks and has direct access to the front garden via French doors.

Bedroom 2: It features a king-size bed high ceilings and has direct access to the dining terrace via a glass-French door. It overlooks the back garden and the pool.  Its spacious ensuite features a marbled double-sink and a large walk-in shower.

Outdoor highlights

Porch: the covered loggia is accessible from the living room and kitchen via two glass French doors and the entrance hallway. It features an outdoor dining table with 6 wicker chairs. It overlooks the swimming pool.

Swimming pool (16×6): this generously sized heated pool is protected by railings on the side of the porch, while features 6 sun loungers on the opposite side.

At the end of the landscaped garden there is an intimate sitting area shaded by an umbrella that features two comfortable armchairs.

Any cars or buggies will be left in the parking lot just outside the property and the walked a few metres on a walking path to the villa. The main entrance can also be accessed from the front of the villa.

• The swimming pool is heated every morning during the colder months. The pool heating is included in the rental cost. Please note that, in alignment with Borgo Pignano commitment to the environment, green technology is used for heating. As a result, the pool temperature during the Spring and Autumn months is maintained between 23–26°C.
