This luxury villa is in the countryside of Siena within the exclusive Borgo Pignano luxury estate. The villa accommodates up to 4 people and spreads on the ground floor. The spacious open space living areas include a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting area with access to the covered porch that is equipped for dining alfresco while admiring the pool and the back garden. There are two spacious ensuite double bedrooms, one of which features a private mezzanine with a day bed, a double walk-in shower and overlooks the front garden.

This secluded luxury villa holiday rental in Tuscany can either be accessed via a pathway that directly leads to the front entrance or from a secondary pathway that starts from the parking lot. The swimming pool of Il Vignino is heated every morning is heated every morning using innovative green technology that minimises environmental impact and overlooks the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The covered loggia is accessible from the living room and kitchen via two glass French doors and the entrance hallway. It features an outdoor dining table with 6 wicker chairs. It overlooks the swimming pool.

The generously sized heated pool is protected by railings on the side of the porch, while features 6 sun loungers on the opposite side. At the end of the landscaped garden there is an intimate sitting area shaded by an umbrella that features two comfortable armchairs. Any cars or buggies will be left in the parking lot just outside the property and the walked a few metres on a walking path to the villa. The main entrance can also be accessed from the front of the villa.

From a communal gym and swimming pool to restaurants, a communal TV room and a kids’ club, guests can enjoy a range of high-end facilities before retreating to the privacy and comfort of their villa. Volterra, San Giminiano and Monteriggioni, a beautiful fortified medieval town, are within a half-an-hour drive from this superb Tuscan country villa.
