This luxury villa rental in the Tuscan countryside spans on two levels and is internally connected via stairs.

The entrance opens onto a small lobby. On the right, two steps lead into the kitchen, and on the left, into the living room. Here, the stone staircase leads to the first floors, where both bedrooms and one of the bathrooms are located.

Ground floor:

Kitchen: it has a rustic feel and is internally accessible via two arched openings in the wall and has direct access to the garden via a French door. The kitchen is well-equipped with the most modern amenities and features a rectangular dining table that seats up to 6 guests.

Living room: The sitting area boasts three armchairs elegantly arranged around the stone fireplace and a round table that seats two. The large French glass window door directly leads to the covered porch.

Bathroom 1: it is directly accessible from the living room and features a shower.

First Floor

Both bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and overlook the garden and the countryside. They both share a mini balcony that overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 1: it features a queen-size bed that can be converted into twin beds upon request and a desk.

Bedroom 2: it features a queen-size bed that cannot be converted into twin beds.

Bathroom 2: it is separate and located between the two bedrooms, accessible via two steps. It features two distinct sinks, a toilet and a shower.

Outdoor highlights

The covered porch features an outdoor dining table that seats up to 6 people and an outdoor seating area for two people. The porch also seamlessly connects to the manicured garden, where we also find an extra outdoor seating area that features two wicker armchairs and a coffee table overlooking the lush countryside.

Swimming pool (14×4)l: the pool area is paved, is on the left side of the garden and is accessible via a few descending steps, creating a semi-separate area. It offers four sun loungers shaded by umbrellas and the pool is heated every morning during May, September and October – however the heating can reach up to 23-26 C degrees in the colder months of Spring and Autumn. Another staircase on the left of the pool leads to the elevated sun deck terrace fitted with extra sun loungers and umbrellas and overlooks the pool area and the surrounding hills.

• The swimming pool is heated every morning during the colder months. The pool heating is included in the rental cost. Please note that, in alignment with Borgo Pignano commitment to the environment, green technology is used for heating. As a result, the pool temperature during the Spring and Autumn months is maintained between 23–26°C.
