The Isola is ideally situated just a 7-minute walk from the beach, with several restaurants also accessible on foot. Villa Isola is situated in a protected peninsula facing the city of Siracusa, next to a Marine and Nature Reserve. The Villa has the privilege of being in the very best spot of the area, in a commanding position overlooking the Mediterranean sea. This hilly position offers a gentle breeze to combine sunshine and comfort. Secluded beaches with emerald waters and nature trails are an easy 3 minutes bicycle ride or 15 minutes walk from the house. Golf lovers can enjoy a 18-hole round at a Mediterranean course, just 20 minutes drive from the property.

A Yacht Club is situated in walking distance from the Villa, where motorboats and jet skis can be rented without a license. Several romantic restaurants with sea views are within a walking distance from the Villa. The city of Siracusa with it’s Ancient Greek theatre, numerous restaurants, monuments and vibrant nightlife is just 8 km away.
