Villa Santa Maria is a luxury villa located in the prestigious Giardini d’Aldia estate in San Teodoro, Sardinia. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean landscapes and just moments from the breathtaking Lu Impostu Beach, this luxury rental villa offers unparalleled sea views, including vistas of Tavolara Island.

Perfect for a luxury holiday or vacation rental, the villa combines modern comfort with traditional Gallurese architecture. With spacious living areas, a large pool, and outdoor terraces, it accommodates up to 14 guests, offering privacy, relaxation, and an exclusive retreat.

Villa Santa Maria is separated into three sections. Building A, Building C and The Cube.

Building A consists of the ground and first floors. Outside, the villa offers two charming covered terraces. One serves as a dining area, while the other is a comfortable sitting area furnished with rattan furniture, both offering views over the pool and expansive grounds. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find sun loungers and a Balinese-style daybed, perfect for relaxing under the sun.

Inside, the villa features a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa has been thoughtfully furnished in a modern style, with white-painted beams throughout, lending the space a true beach house ambiance.

There is one bedroom with an en-suite on the ground floor.

Building C, spread across the ground and first floors, includes four bedrooms; three doubles and one with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, offering guests a high level of privacy and comfort.

The Cube block, also spanning the ground and first floors, consists of two bedrooms; a double room on the first floor and a twin room on the ground floor, each with its own private bathroom.
