Newly refurbished, this luxury property offers a mixture of original features such as high ceilings with wooden beams and minimal designs. Casa Scala is situated on the third floor of a historical building situated just a few minutes walk away from Gianicolo Hill and is accessible via stairs only. Guests are welcome into the ample and airy living room, that boasts an elevated sitting area and a very interesting designer sofa that sits up to six people and faces a contemporary fireplace and smart tv.

The dining area and kitchen of this luxury duplex in the Italian capital are semi-separated and accessible via an opening in the wall. These area mix geometrical with linear designs with its terracotta floor while the kitchen has a traditional feeling, while boasting white marbles counter tops and high spec amenities.

The very discreet internal staircase that connects the living room to the mezzanine blends in with the white and clean walls of this huge space. There are two generously sized double bedrooms, one has an ensuite bathroom and is located on the mezzanine floor and one is located on the entrance floor and has a detached bathroom. Both feature two king size bed each and the bed in the bedroom on the mezzanine flor floor can be converted into a twin.

Step out into enchanting streets of Rome, walk along the Tiber riverfront, admire Rome from above from the top of Gianicolo hill or cross Sisto bridge and walk around the Roman Forum at sunset.

This elegant luxury apartment in Rome is fully air-conditioned and situated on the third floor, accessible only by stairs. Spanning two levels – the Entrance Floor and the Mezzanine Floor. It is seamlessly connected by an internal staircase.

Upon entering, you step into a spacious hall that leads to the Sitting Room, the staircase to the upper floor, and direct access to the Kitchen and Dining Area. The sitting area is slightly elevated by two steps within the hall and features a stylish designer sofa that seats up to six guests, facing a contemporary fireplace with a Smart TV mounted above. Through an open doorway, the dining room boasts a round table accommodating up to four guests, set on classic red terracotta tiles. Adjacent to this space, the kitchen exudes traditional Italian charm, covered in marble and equipped with modern amenities while being discreetly tucked away from the dining and living areas.

The First Bedroom, accessible through the dining room, is spacious and inviting, featuring a king-size (200cm x 200cm) bed that can be converted into twin beds, a sleek glass-top desk, and a wardrobe. It also has a separate bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower fixture.

The Mezzanine Floor, accessible via stairs, houses the Second Bedroom. With slightly lower ceilings and exposed wooden beams that add warmth and character, this bedroom features a king-size bed (200cm x 200cm), an open wardrobe, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with a distinctive step-down shower.
