The ground floor unfolds into a bright, open-plan living and dining space centred around a stylish stone fireplace, with French doors opening directly onto the gardens and pool terrace. A sleek, well-equipped kitchen sits at the heart of the villa, ideal for both relaxed meals and entertaining. Two ground-floor bedrooms enjoy direct garden and pool access, while upstairs a cosy second lounge leads to two further en-suite bedrooms, including the serene master suite with private rooftop terrace and jacuzzi.

Outside, manicured gardens dotted with olive and citrus trees frame multiple dining and lounging areas, offering privacy and tranquillity at every turn.
