Steps and walls carved into the stone and traditional vaulted ceilings combined with gentle creamy and earthy tones and contemporary style furniture create the perfect base where guests will relax after days of exploring everything that Puglia has to offer.

Villa Rocca is a luxury countryside villa that accommodates up to 18 guests in its well 9 appointed bedrooms, 7 of which have ensuite bathrooms and one has a private hot tub. The interiors have been meticulously adorned with premium materials of Apulian heritage, to attain the highest environmental standards. The wine cellar adds an elegant and mysterious touch to this luxury villa in proximity of Ostuni as it is in the basement, yet semi-visible through the glass floors from the vaulted dining room.

Outside, guests can enjoy stunning sunsets from the luxurious outdoor sofas and swim in an infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the countryside and that is reached by an original flight of stairs carved into the stone.

Villa Rocca is strategically situated between Brindisi and Bari airport and within a mere 10 minutes’ drive from Ostuni and some of the best beaches in Puglia such as Torre Canne and Capitolo. It also has easy access to scenic routes, and some of the prettiest towns in Puglia such as Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Otranto.  

9 bedrooms – up to 18 guests 

This luxury villa in Ostuni spans on two floors, however only one bedroom is on the first floor and is connected via stairs. All bedrooms except Grano and Calce have both ensuite bathrooms as well as direct, independent entrance from the terrace. Terra and Ottone can also access straight into the lounge. Grano and Calce have access through the kitchen.

Ground floor

The main entrance opens onto the 49m2 living room that features two sumptuous designer sofas facing each other and that sit 4 guests each. The entrance/living is seamlessly connected to the semi-open kitchen and dining space through an arched opening.

Formal dining: this ample space features an elegant glass rectangular table that sits up to  8 people. From there, the underground wine cellar is visible from above.

Kitchen (21m1): the semi-separated kitchen has a rustic feeling and features a breakfast table that sits up to 8 guests. It also has stone-vaulted ceilings and access to a small toilet (3m2).

Bedroom Ottone (29m2): it has vaulted ceilings and has a private access as well as direct access from the lounge. It features a king size bed (160×200) and the most spacious ensuite bathroom of the property that boasts a 4-people Jacuzzi and a shower.

Bedroom Argilla (25m2): it has vaulted ceilings and has a private access. It features a king size bed (180×200) and a large floor to ceiling mirror. Its ensuite offers a walk-in shower.  Calce can be joined to Argilla and they become a suite with two bedroom and one bathroom (all young families with children choose this setup)

Calce bedroom (16m2): it features a super king size bed (180×200 cm). It has a separated bathroom shared with Argilla if  they are joined, it has a walk-in shower. Alternatively, Calce and Grano can use two detached bathrooms: one is inside the kitchen (without a shower), one in the corridor between Calce and the kitchen (very large and with a shower)

Grano bedroom (13m2): It has stone vaulted ceilings and it is accessed through the kitchen. It has a king-sized bed (160×200) and a separated bathroom with a walk-in shower and it is accessible from the corridor, opposite the bedroom that can be shared with Calce.

Bedroom Terra (30m2): It also has private entrance, a king sized bed (160×200), a large ensuite with walk-in shower and a generous sized sitting area with two armchairs and a coffee table.

Bedroom Roccia (41m2): this bedroom has been excavated into the rock and it is accessible via 2 descending steps. It features a double bed (140×200) and a large bathroom that features a walk-in shower. It also has a private sitting area with a 3-seater sofa.

Acqua bedroom (24m2): this room features a four-postered king sized bed (180×200) and wooden beams. Its ensuite has a walk-in shower.

Fieno bedroom (23m2): It has private entrance through a dedicated courtyard that connects with the pool area and a king-sized bed (160×200) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

First floor

Aria Bedroom (16m2): It has a private entrance and a private terrace that overlooks the gardens and the valley. It features a king sized bed (160×200) and an ensuite bathroom with an ensuite shower.

Basement

Wine cellar (8m2): it features over 100 wines from the region and it is accessible from the entrance room.

Outdoor highlights

The expansive garden spans 11000m2 and is perched on a terraced slope. Here, there are prickly pear plants, olive trees and aromatic plants. The swimming pool (40m2) is accessible via a flight of stairs.  At the top of the hill, there also are the hot tub of the villa surrounded by the olive grove, and the sauna that offer incredible views of the surrounding countryside.
