Set across two beautifully designed levels, this luxury villa in the heart of Valle d’Itria, Puglia offers a harmonious blend of contemporary comforts and traditional charm. Each floor is connected via an internal staircase, allowing for privacy as well as easy access between living and sleeping areas.

Guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting entrance hall, where a staircase to the lower floor is located immediately to the right. Directly opposite, a large glass door opens onto the back patio, inviting natural light to flood the space and offering an immediate sense of indoor-outdoor living.

To the right of the entrance, an arched doorway leads into the villa’s sleek, modern kitchen. Fitted with high-end appliances and a striking floating central island complete with hob, this space is designed for both functionality and social cooking. Positioned near the large window-door leading to the balcony is a spacious dining area, where a table for eight sits beneath soft lighting, alongside a grand piano that marks the transition into the main living area.

The main living room, semi-separated from the kitchen and accessed through the dining space, offers a warm, refined setting for relaxation. A luxurious L-shaped sofa, comfortably seating up to eight guests, is arranged around a contemporary fireplace. This room is bathed in natural light thanks to three large glass doors, which also open onto the balcony and provide captivating views over the surrounding countryside.

The lower level of the villa is fully air-conditioned and thoughtfully arranged into two distinct studio-style living areas, each complete with its own kitchenette, dining area, and lounge. These spaces can be closed off for privacy if desired and both offer direct access to a private patio, ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings.

Studio 1 includes a kitchenette, a dining table for four, a cosy sofa seating three, and an armchair. This studio connects directly to Bedrooms 2 and 4.
Studio 2, similarly styled, features a kitchenette with a breakfast counter, a dining table for four, a sofa and an armchair. From here, a shared lobby provides access to Bedrooms 1 and 3, as well as the villa’s tranquil wellness area.

All four bedrooms are elegantly furnished, each with its own smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and all enjoy views of the lush garden.

Bedroom 1 spans 22 square metres and includes a large double bed (200cm), a writing desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Though it overlooks the garden, this bedroom does not have direct access to the outdoor areas.

Bedroom 2, measuring 18 square metres, is furnished with a double bed (180cm), a desk, and an en-suite with a double walk-in shower and twin sinks. This bedroom also enjoys garden views and has direct access to the patio through a large sliding glass door.

Bedroom 3 is a comfortable 16 square metres and features a double bed (180cm), a desk, and an en-suite with a shower. Like Bedroom 1, it overlooks the garden but does not have direct exterior access.

Bedroom 4, at 17 square metres, includes a double bed (180cm), a writing desk, and an elegant en-suite with a bathtub and double sink. It shares the same verdant garden outlook as the others, without exterior access.

The lower floor is also home to a serene wellness area, complete with a Jacuzzi-style hydromassage bathtub and a sauna that accommodates up to four guests—offering the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation.

For added convenience, there are also four additional half bathrooms available to guests throughout the property.

The villa’s outdoor areas are equally impressive. A 4×8 metre swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is surrounded by sun loungers for leisurely afternoons under the sun. Adjacent to the pool, a covered, well-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area seats up to eight guests, making it an ideal spot for alfresco meals in the warm Puglian evenings.
