5 bedrooms – up to 10 guests
This luxury villa rental in Puglia spreads on the ground floor and consists in several trulli grouped and connected to the main kitchen and dining area externally. The main entrance to the communal Kitchen and Dining Room can be reached via four ascending steps.
Kitchen & Dining: the entrance opens up onto the large open space that consists of the well equipped kitchen that overlooks the large dining table that seats up to 10 people.
Bedrooms
Each trullo is dedicated to a studio bedroom and they all have direct access to outdoors and all access the main Kitchen and Dining room externally.
All of the 5 bedrooms are approximately 20m2, feature a double bed each (160×200) and have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower each, except for Studio 2 that features a Jacuzzi bath. They either overlook the courtyard or the garden. All of them are also equipped with air conditioning, a coffee machine and a Smart TV each.
Left wing
Studio 1: This is the largest studio and consists of a large private spacious lounge area that features a breakfast table that seats up to 4 guests that seamlessly connects the bedroom and the ensuite with a walk-in shower.
Studio 2: this studio is accessed via two ascending steps and its entrance opens onto anti-chamber that features two armchairs facing the smart TV. The bedroom corner is opposite and accessible through a large opening in the wall. It is possible to add upon request a small single bed that is suitable for a child. There is an ensuite and a jacuzzi.
Studio 3: this studio is adjacent to the Kitchen and dining area, yet as the other studios it can access it externally. This studio features a double bed and an armchair that faces the smart tv and a wardrobe. On the right, we access another room. Its ensuite features a shower.
Right wing
Studio 4: this is the first room after the kitchen and dining room, accessible externally. It features a breakfast table that seats up to 4 guests. Its ensuite features a shower.
Studio 5: this is the second studio on the right of the kitchen/dining and it features an independent spacious lounge with two armchairs and a breakfast table that seats up to 4 guests and the sleeping area that boasts a double bed. The ensuite with a walk-in shower is accessible from the lounge.
Outdoor highlights
There is a terrace that features two distinct outdoor seating areas that seats 4 guests each and overlooks the swimming pool and the main entrance to the small traditional chapel.
Swimming Pool (5×9 – depth 1m40): the large rectangular pool is lined with sun loungers and umbrellas and can also be accessed via three descending steps. The pool is overlooked by a shaded dining area that features a large dining table that seats up to 10 people.
