This stunning luxury villa in Lake Como is a beautifully designed, fully air-conditioned retreat that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Spanning two floors connected by an elegant staircase, the villa seamlessly blends modern sophistication with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed into a charming courtyard with private parking for up to three cars.

The Entrance opens into a spacious and light-filled open-plan Kitchen and Living Area, framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. These windows lead directly onto a generous terrace, furnished with four stylish armchairs and a small round bistro table that seats four guests. From here, a flight of stairs provides direct access to the swimming pool patio below, ensuring seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The Kitchen, positioned on the right side of the open-plan space, is a modern masterpiece featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a sleek floating work counter with an integrated sink. Overlooking the dining area, it creates a harmonious flow for social gatherings. The dining space is defined by an elegant oval marble table, which can accommodate up to ten guests, offering a perfect setting for memorable meals with a panoramic lake view.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the Sitting Room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable four-seater sofa and two plush armchairs, arranged to create an intimate yet airy ambiance.

Down the hallway to the left, the Master Bedroom provides a luxurious retreat, furnished with a king-size bed (183×203 cm) and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a modern shower. This serene space enjoys direct access to the upper-floor terrace, allowing guests to wake up to the spectacular lake and mountain scenery. A conveniently located service toilet near the entrance adds practicality to this level.

Descending the stairs, guests are welcomed into an expansive Living Room, where a semi-circular sofa seating up to five people and a round pouf are arranged around a smart TV, creating a cozy entertainment space. This level is also home to three well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own distinct character and direct access to the inviting swimming pool terrace.

The Petite Room features a queen-size bed (160cm x 190cm), a stylish desk, and a smart TV. Its en-suite bathroom includes a modern shower. A large French window-door opens directly onto the swimming pool terrace, where two sun loungers invite guests to relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

The Blu Room mirrors the elegance of the Petite Room, offering a queen-size bed (160cm x190cm), a dedicated workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Its private access to the swimming pool terrace includes a cozy armchair, perfect for unwinding outdoors.

At the end of the corridor, the Courtyard Room stands as the most spacious bedroom on this floor, featuring a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), a large wardrobe, a smart TV, and a refined desk. The en-suite bathroom boasts both a bathtub and a generous walk-in shower. This room also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool terrace through a large French window-door, where an outdoor armchair offers a peaceful spot to take in the stunning landscape.
