This recently renovated Italian luxury villa embodies elegance and tradition while providing maximum privacy and modern amenities, that include a boat dock. The heated swimming pool* is rejuvenating on a warm summer day and overlooks the lake and the Italian Alps. The hexagonal pool is also equipped with a retractable transparent cover which is manoeuvrable and will protect guests in case it rains. Guests will be relaxing under the sun or admiring incredible sunsets while having delicious aperitifs and enjoying their surroundings. Villa Meridiana is just 10km to Menaggio and has easy access to Tremezzo.

This luxury villa in Lake Como spans on two floors and is connected via stairs. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, except for the two single rooms, which are suitable for children.

Ground floor

Living room: the three stylish sofas covered in floral fabric seats up to 3 guests each and are elegantly arranged around a coffee table. The sitting area overlooks a smart TV and has direct access to the external patio via a French window door.

Ping Pong area: accessible via an opening, is the ping pong room which also has a sofa that seats three people and two chairs.

Dining Room: this airy and bright room boasts a regal dining table that seats up to 12 people.

Kitchen: there also is a professional well-equipped kitchen suitable for any kind of meal preparation.

On the ground floor you will also find two guest bathrooms and a bathroom for people with reduced mobility.

First floor

Bedroom 1: It boasts a double bed and has direct access to the garden via one double French window doors. Its ensuite bathroom features a shower and a vanity.

Bedroom 2: it features a king sized bed and has an ensuite with a shower.

Bedroom 3: there is a single bed and is suitable for a child. It shares the separated bathroom that features a shower with another double bedroom. This bedroom is suitable for a child. 

Bedroom 4: king sized bed and is connected with Bedroom 6 Its ensuite features a bathtub with shower fixture and shared with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 5: it features a king sized bed and has an ensuite with a shower. It is connected with Bedroom 6.

Bedroom 6: it features a single bed and is suitable for a child. Its bathroom is separated and shared with Bedroom 4. This bedroom is suitable for a child. 

Outdoor highlights

The garden is mostly paved and features an outdoor dining table that seats up to 13 guests and is shaded by two umbrellas.

Swimming Pool (5mx3m): the hexagonal heated pool is lined with sun loungers and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. It is semi covered and can be covered in case of rain.
