Villa Marazza

The elegant Villa Marazza is located on a lush plot of terrain overlooking Lake Como and the Alps, just within a few minutes’ drive from the quaint lakeside village of Bellagio. On one side, a spacious terrace boasts breath-taking views of the mountains and admire incredible sunsets while enjoying delicious alfresco dinners. This luxury villa on Lake Como features 8 well-appointed bedrooms and accommodates up to 13 guests. Villa Marazza consists of two buildings: the Main House and the Guest House. The Main House accommodates up to 10 guests, while the Guest House the remaining 3 and is the ideal for staff or teenagers who are after privacy as it is not of the same standard of the Main House. The interiors of the Main Building have been custom-designed by renowned Italian architects, who chose to incorporate custom-made pieces and lush furnishings. The meticulously manicured gardens feature imposing trees, water features, and statues, while a long line of hydrangeas creates the perfect setting for any photo shoot, with grand mountains in the background. The large heated swimming pool is designed to harmoniously blend with the surrounding nature and features a sunbathing island with sun loungers and umbrellas. On the opposite side of the garden, guests will find a pétanque court at their disposal and a gym equipped with modern machines. The villa offers maximum privacy for a large multi generational family or a group of friends and has easy access to some of the top villages in Lake Como, like Tremezzo and larger towns such as Lecco and Como.

8 bedrooms – up to 13 guests 

This luxury villa in Lake Como consists of a Main House and a Guest House. The Guest House is either ideal for up to three teenagers or staff.

Main Building

The Main Building spans on two floors and is connected via stairs.

Upper Floor

The foyer is accessed externally via a staircase. On the upper floor, we find a kitchen at full disposal of the guests, a guest bathroom between the kitchen, the dining room, a large living room and 3 double bedrooms.

Dining area: this room is not separated from the open space, however is on a staggered level (3 steps) compared to the living room, but they cannot be separated. It boasts incredible views of the mountains and features a long rectangular dining table that seats up to 14 people.

Kitchen: the kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities and a breakfast table that seats up to 4 people. It overlooks the garden and gives direct access to the terrace via a large window door.

The dining area overlooks the elegant living room, that seats up to 6 guest on the 2 sofas, 3 guests on the 3 lounge chairs and 4 guests on the 4 arm chairs and has direct access to the spacious terrace (120m2) boasting incredible views of the lake and the mountains. The terrace has an outdoor seating area that consists of a sofa that seats 3 people, and 4 armchairs.

Master Bedroom: at the end of the corridor, this spacious bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a smart tv and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, jetted bathtub and a separate shower.

Bedroom 2: there is a double bed, a smart tv and the bathroom is accessible externally. It features a bathtub & a separate shower.

Bedroom 3: it features a double bed, a smart tv and a shared bathroom with bathtub & separate shower.

Lower floor   

On the Lower ground floor, you will find a bright sun room with panoramic views of the lake and a cosy media room that features a smart TV, a working fireplace, a charming library room and a stocked wine cellar.

Bedroom 4: it features a queen-sized bed, a smart tv and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower.

Bedroom 5:it has a single bed and shares the bathroom with a shower with Bedroom 6. This room is the closest to the shared bathroom.

Bedroom 6:it has a single bed and shares the bathroom with a shower with Bedroom 5. This bedroom is accessible via the library room.

Please note that there is not A/C in the bedrooms on the lower ground floor, since this level is much cooler compared to the rest of the house, however they are equipped with a Dyson Cool fan each.

Guest house

Please note that the guest house is not of the same high standards as the Main Building and it is ideal for teenagers and staff.

It spreads over two floors and is connected with stairs. The two bedrooms are on the first floor.

Ground floor

On the Ground Floor of the guest house there is respectively a large, equipped kitchen with access to a wine cellar, a guest bathroom and the well-equipped gym.

Gym: it features Technogym equipment: a Treadmill, an exercise bike, a personal Kinesis, a Bench Personal with dumbbells up to 17.5 kg, an active ball and mats. It overlooks the lush greenery and has access to a patio (16m2) via two large French window doors.

First floor
Bedroom 7: it features a king-size bed, a smart tv and shares the bathroom that offers a bathtub with shower fixture with Bedroom 8. It also has a private terrace and overlooks the garden.

Bedroom 8:  it features a single bed, a smart tv and a shares the bathroom that offers a bathtub with shower fixture with Bedroom 8.

Outdoor highlights

Swimming pool (84 mq – 14 m longest side – 1,40 m depth): the heated infinity pool is shaped like a beautiful pond and is immersed in landscaped gardens. There are plenty of sun loungers and shade from trees and umbrellas.

Garage: there are two private garages that can hold up to 8 cars.
