Villa Diaz features a large heated swimming pool and a separate ample terrace that overlook the lake and will be the perfect place for enchanting parties or for relaxing admiring breath-taking sunsets. Its interiors have been meticulously designed by a renowned Italian architect who worked hard to retain the original features that characterise this superb Lake Como luxury villa rental.

Spanning on four levels internally connected via stairs, Villa Diaz can accommodate 14 guests in its well-appointed en-suite 7 double bedrooms, which all boast incredible lake views.  The area around Limonta, Lake Como, offers a mix of cultural treasures and natural beauty. Highlights include the historic Villa Monastero in Varenna, with its botanical gardens and lakefront charm. The nearby towns of Bellagio and Varenna provide picturesque streets, fine dining, and boutique shopping, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of the lake.

The villa is a stunning retreat designed to accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of hosting an additional guest on a sofa bed upon request. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to offer comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from nearly every room.

The Living Room is an inviting space with high beamed ceilings and large windows that flood the area with natural light while showcasing the picturesque surroundings. A cozy seating arrangement includes two plush armchairs and a four-seater sofa positioned near a charming fireplace, perfect for relaxation. On the opposite side, within the Veranda, there is an additional four-seater sofa accompanied by two coffee tables, creating another comfortable lounging area. This section seamlessly extends to a terrace, where an outdoor dining area for eight people allows guests to dine while enjoying the spectacular views.

The Dining Room is separate from the Kitchen, featuring an elegant oval dining table that seats eight and a fireplace that adds warmth and character. Two large window-doors provide direct access to the terrace, further enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience. A glass partition wall divides the dining room from the kitchen, which is both spacious and modern. At its center, a sleek countertop with an integrated sink adds to the contemporary feel, making it a functional and stylish culinary space.

The villa boasts seven beautifully designed bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV. Ranging between 15 to 19 square meters in size, each room offers spectacular lake views, ensuring a serene and luxurious stay. The Master Bedroom is a standout feature of the villa, with a double bed and a free-standing bath placed within the sleeping area, allowing guests to unwind while admiring the lake. This room also benefits from access to a large private terrace, creating an exclusive space for relaxation.

The remaining Six Bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Four of these rooms open onto a private patio, offering additional outdoor space, while the other two have large panoramic windows that frame the stunning landscape. While the bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, they cannot be converted into twin configurations.
